Clean room, friendly staff, delicious breakfast!

very happy with the stay! Clean, comfortable; staff helpful and friendly!

The staff was efficient handled concerns fast. Great area with terrific security. The breakfast was great and the indoor pool was beautiful.

While the staff eventually transferred them to another room, the experience disrupted their stay and should not have happened in the first place. I also reached out regarding compensation, but the hotel declined because the reservation was booked through a third party. I hope the hotel improves its room inspections and guest service so future guests don’t experience the same issue.

The hotel lobby and other areas seemed clean. Our room was very clean the first night. We expected the room to be cleaned every night but, was told housekeeping only cleaned every other day which was very disappointing. Also the morning of the 2nd and 3rd/last night, there was a foul BM smell coming in the room. It smelled like maybe the sewage pipes were backed up and the smell was coming through the vents in the room. I suggest they really get that checked, cleaned and repaired asap. Staff, breakfast and parking was good. The entire stay was okay but, will not stay at this location again when I come back to visit Dallas.

Staff not friendly. To much noise at hotel complained and staff did nothing about it. I had to literally make employee call the room above me to tell them to stop. I was charged an additional $75 for parking that i was never told about. That’s just wrong. Breakfast was horrible. Do not stay here.

Clean and very roomy.

The rooms were decent. The breakfast was amazing. Never got to use the amenities because they weren’t able to get me checked in till 4 AM due to them, adding a deposit and a parking fee and they do not accept cash.

The stay was amazing, the rooms were huge

The breakfast was plentiful and full of options. With a variety of different items to choose from. The employees interaction when I asked for an item. I fet unwelcome and unwanted.

The indoor pool was awesome and the breakfast was amazing

Very sketchy part of Dallas. They had security guards in the parking lot making sure everyone entering was a guest at the motel. Had to pay an extra $10 just to park in their parking lot. I have never seen that at any other hotel I have ever stayed at.

This is a very nice place to stay not to far from anywhere Walmart right down the street
