Hotel was clean. Parking lot is well lit. Did not have the breakfast.

Upon arrival they charge me for parking, for 3 days, very unprofessional, they should have mention about it , breakfast area very dirty and with out breakfast ,

Best hotel I’ve stayed at hands down. Staff was friendly and customer service was excellent. Property was well maintained and the rooms were clean and had everything we needed.

It was very clean and smelled good! The housekeepers and kitchen staff wasn’t welcoming to me and my guests

It was very clean!! Loved the breakfast! The lady that works the best was super nice, as well as the rest of the staff. The room amazing very spacious. Has everything you need. Microwave, big fridge, sink, plates, utensils! Things that most hotels do not have in your room. Nothing to complain about!

Clean and accessible for freeway. Kids and family can stay . You can hear kids playing around and I have kids so I prefer to stay here ..

Big room, good view, the pool is good, breakfast is ok. Has a good gym, generally a good hotel. There's also laundry facilities. I've asked for the invoice/receipt several times through Booking messages, and nobody's replied in 2 weeks now. That's VERY annoying.

Misha was very helpful and accommodating at check in. The hotel was very clean and updated. Indoor pool was very clean and refreshing. Would definitely recommend.

The walls were paper thin and I could hear everything in the room upstairs and next to me. It sounded as if someone was dropping a bag of luggage on the floor continously.

We enjoyed the location of the property, and parking space. The cleanliness of the suite could have been better. We were told they cleaned every other day. There were crumbs in the refrigerator when we arrived, the desk and table tops could use more wiping down. And the shower tiles could use some scrubbing. I didn’t like having to put the hotel deposit down because I did not book through the hotel. And I feel parking should be free. The WiFi also kept acting up. It would run slow. See someone at the front desk for assistance if your WiFi is running slow.

Exceptional

One night of our stay, my friend and I walked to the nearby plaza to grab a bite. On the way back in, we asked the security guard why he was blocking off the plaza with his car, and he responded saying “this is not a good area”😅 While we didn’t see anything too concerning, and we generally felt safe on the property, it’s worth noting lol. Overall very clean and appropriately priced stay!
