They put us on the floor we're construction was happening. The whole hallway was jacked up. The room was not much better and there were no a shampoo or conditioner that was exposed wires. I brought my service dog and the front desk asked for my paperwork, which is illegal. If I could give negative stars, I would.

Lots of homeless people hanging in the lobby all day and night. The staff was super nice. The room I had didn’t deadbolt, and there was at least an inch or more of space under the door. I could hear everything.

The hotel was under construction. The room we got didn't have a safety latch and the AC was broken the window was broken too. The lobby was dirty there was a dirty bed mattress against the wall as soon as you exited the elevator in the second floor. A lot of doors walking to our room had a big X. We didn't have toilet paper in our restroom and the plugs to connect our phones didn't work. I couldn't connect my laptop to complete work. I asked to change rooms and the receptionist told me to ask for a refund with the third party where i booked. She did not try to help the situation never booking here again. It was my first time in Dallas I didn't know where to go. I had my two toddlers with me. Safety and comfortability was a necessity.

Extreme noise disturbance: The guests staying in the room above us were extremely noisy throughout the night. Due to the constant noise, we were barely able to sleep, which significantly affected our rest and overall experience.

Great!

The Desk attendant was rude and when we asked for his name and for a number for corporate he gave us fake name and a fake number. All around the most stressful experience and we never got our room.

You get what you pay for here. The staff is very friendly but the place is clean but dilapidated.

Feels unsafe and very low class rooms.

Check in was easy but wrong. The reservation was for two queen beds and they gave me a king bed. Area is not safe, lots of homeless and sketchy people. For the price, I guess it works minimally.

The area is pretty bad. The parking lot was littered with homeless people. Walked out one morning (we stayed two nights) and found a syringe right next to our vehicle. The next morning there was what appeared to be a small encampment set up right next to our vehicle (boots, jackets, even a radio and free weights - and when I say next to, I literally mean NEXT TO. The radio was propped against our tire). The plugs in the room did not work properly. One of the plugs overheated our charger, melting it. Once again - melting, in the literal sense. Maybe figurative in this case??? My wife’s smart watch no longer charges. We let the staff know and they weren’t too concerned, just giving us corporates number. So we will see what happens. Overall, I don not recommend, however I would likely stay again because I’m a cheap MFer and it was kind of what I expected given the price, the other reviews and the location.

Worst motel experience EVER!! First off, we booked a smoking room with a fridge and microwave and a king size bed. When we arrived to check-in, there were no smoking rooms available. After going back and forth with the desk attendant, we decided on a non smoking room. When we went to the room, there was no microwave or fridge. We went back to the front desk and told the attendant. They gave us a key to another room. When we got to the room, it was already occupied by somome else playing loud music. Once again, we went back down to the front desk and told them that the room was already occupied. So they gave us ANOTHER room. We had no issues with this room….until we returned from our family reunion. When we arrived back at the room, the noticed that the ceiling above the bathtub had collapsed. There was leaking water and sheet rock everywhere. AGAIN, we went to tell the front desk, where guess what?! Yup, they gave us ANOTHER room. After four different rooms, this one was ok. This is nastiest Motel 6 I’ve ever been to. No one picks up their dog crap either.
