Studio 6 Dallas, TX – Fair Park

I liked how the outside parking lot and groundskeeping is tended to throughout the graveyard shift. I travel a lot & my hours are graveyard shift hours which has me coming in and out of my car and my hotel room throughout the night preparing for my catering business Every time I had to enter or exit my vehicle throughout the night the night there was a studio 6 employees/front desk, attendant,/security securing the parking lot. So I appreciated that! that is what I liked about studio 6 / downtown Dallas fair park location.

2) No Breakfast- Expedia.com list BREAKFAST included, hotel staff was nice they dont control what on the website, but owners should Absolutely!! update this info in expedia it is misleading. Modern look, and clean. 3) Towels- For 2 beds, 4 guest there's where tiny towels and 4 small towels it was good but towels could be bigger. 4) wifi available is good. No pool. 5) Hardship- I don't mind paying $50 deposit, but to have to go downstairs to get a hairdryer is Unnecessary, major Inconvenience, and nuisance. Just leave it in the room! If people steal it just keep their deposit.

OMG! This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and it is around an AMAZING place to stay and the BEST thing we like are the beds…they’re so comfortable that you wish you can take the mattress home with you when you leave!! :)

Booked room with kitchen and the stove didn’t even work, so had to eat out for dinner the whole 7days i was there

The janitorial staff needs to sweep the floors every time a guest checks out. I kept getting balls of hair on my socks and bed, and seeing other small trash on the floor. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Summer time in Dallas, Tx the heat is insane. Walked into the Hotel nice and cool. The room was cleanly enough wasn’t disgusted. The AC worked overtime inside the room felt amazing. Only problem i had was wanting to keep the AC on but be under the cover. The covers are so thin! Just like the walls. I enjoyed my stay though.

I love this place, exactly as its described, clean, was able to sleep (No weird noises) family friendly recommended. Couple of restaurants near by, snack place near by. No weed smells inside/outside the place (at least while I was there). I definitely come back. Hotel has vending machine water/cokes/chips & cookies - great for midnight snack. Well Lighting in/out the hotel. Just make sure to softly close the room doors otherwise it sounds like slams.. Cleaning & receiption staff very helpful.
