Holiday Inn Express & Suites Dallas NW HWY - Love Field by IHG

4.9/5 stars, my only gripe was the TV wasn’t a smart TV so we couldn’t stream anything on it.

Breakfast was amazing, room was clean and the place was quite and clean.

Hotel is brand new.

My stay was absolutely lovely. No complaints and the staff was VERY friendly

Staff was dismissive and didn’t offer any solutions for my needs.

parking didn't feel too safe because there were homeless people camping out outside and the property felt like it was in an abandoned shopping mall. nothing but parking lots with shut down restaurants and a view of the freeway.

Home away from home!

We were only there for a shout time, but it was very clean, great customer service and very comfortable beds.

Amazing stay

Good

Wonderful staff. The room was clean and the AC was cold. The breakfast area was attended nicely . There were several international groups attending FIFA events and I felt they were pleasantly attended to, demonstrating how IHG can serve the traveling public.

refuse to give me toilet paper at 2am

The lady from the front desk refuse to give me toilet paper at 3 am very disrespectful. it was the graveyard shift lady only

This was a great stay and a great experience all around!

From the moment we entered, we could tell this was a good place to stay. The two ladies at the front were delightful and made us feel welcome. The rooms were spotless, clean and well taken care of. There was a security guard out side, ensuring that we had parking during an event at a neighboring club. This was well worth staying at.
