Holiday Inn Express & Suites Dallas NW HWY - Love Field by IHG

From the moment we entered, we could tell this was a good place to stay. The two ladies at the front were delightful and made us feel welcome. The rooms were spotless, clean and well taken care of. There was a security guard out side, ensuring that we had parking during an event at a neighboring club. This was well worth staying at.

I bought the cancellation insurance, cancelled my room due to flight issues, but still got charged the entire amount!!!!!

Whitney, at the front desk, was a whole vibe! She was so nice! My whole family enjoyed her. She had everything ready to go when we got there. Check in was a breeze and every time we came down, she had a smile on her face and put a smile on ours! I can’t say enough about her! The property was very clean and comfortable! Will stay again when in the area!

Room was big, good facilities. Clean. Breakfast - lack of vegetables and fruits. Served in disposable dishes.

They had great staff clean rooms sough parking spaces good for a complementary breakfast.

Nothing. I was disgusted by the staff. Treating customers like shit. Refusing service but charging for service.

Loved our stay here. Wouldn't mind staying there again. Also Loved how there was many restaurants near by.

Staff was professional but very rude

It was a great location because we were flying out of Love Field the next morning. It was clean and had everything we needed for the night. Staff was very friendly.

Ms. Nadia was very personable and engaging. She made me feel welcome. The room was spacious and clean. There was plenty of parking, and the location was perfect for the activities we planned during our stay. And, there were a variety of breakfast items to choose from. I will stay at the location again if in the area.

The staff were all great, the breakfast was delicious & overall the hotel was great. I didn’t like being so close to a dance hall & Ojos locos since I was traveling with my kids, but I must say being close to those business did not affect our stay. We had a great experience.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was convenient and in a safe area. The staff was friendly and accommodating as well.

Very close to a gas station and food. Parking was no problem if you came back at a decent time. The facility was well kept. There wasn’t really anything that I didn’t like about it. It was great and breakfast was really good also!
