When I got my money back The staff tried to steal money from us and charge us more then we was supposed to pay. She lied and tried to call me a liar. Then after giving my money back they still tried to charge my card for the full payment even tho we wasn’t staying there anymore we didn’t even get a chance to sleep there..

No water service, promised to be on at 2 am, never was fixed. Made stay extremely excruciating.

Cleanliness was the best I've seen in a hotel ever. I didn't see any bugs or insects, dead or alive. an you can trust you can sleep in the sheets because they were most likely laundered after they were used by the last guest. I do appreciate the professionalism. Staff might try to engage in a brief friendly exchange before accepting my payment and giving hotel information like a drill seargent.

Kinda remote sorta tucked away but extremely close to restaurants and shopping Rooms and bed could use a make over. Older ac units kinda smells but way better than most I've stayed at

The room was clean and had a clean kitchenette which I made use of. Upon arrival I was informed of a busted water pipe so no water. I could have left, but decided to stay. The water was restored by morning before my shower so it all worked out. I do wish they would have notified me via a message before my arrival, but honestly I didn’t know what I would have done differently. I would have jumped through hoops to fix it and the manager did just that. Everything worked out fine, so I will stay there again.

Everyone that works here is a very nice person! I mean VERY NICE! All of the front desk staff have been helpful and polite towards me! ?I can not lie I'm not a fan of the bed ONLY because my body is kind of sensitive and can feel the springs in the box spring mattress......... Now this isn't anything against the hotel I just wished there were an oven in the room or a toaster oven that sits on the counter besides that there isn't anything to complain about that would be a major issue.

I love how nice EVERYONE that works here are! From front desk at every shift to housekeeping they all are AWESOME!! The beds are not comfortable I can feel the springs inside the mattress and there should be something on the sides and foot to stop the mattress for moving when I sit down

Just clean room, clean bed and clean bathroom — which is all I needed. Staffs at the reception are good, professional — not under delivered or over delivered: they delivered just right. I’d like to take a moment to talk about their housekeepings though, because they’re special and their efforts should not go unnoticed. They went above and beyond. They cleaned my room EVERY DAY when I’m outside — I didn’t request it, and they cleaned it THOROUGHLY. What impressed me the most is they didn’t touch the things that they thought I would want them to leave it alone. If somebody is this good, they clearly love what they do and take pride in it. I wrote a thank you note and left it in the room, and I also tipped them again on the last day before I leave the hotel. Smells like cigarettes and weeds in the corridor and in the room, but that’s not the Hotel’s or the Staffs’ fault. It’s just some of the guests didn’t follow the rules.

The property was fine The front desk was nice they accommodated me I booked a single room the rooms you see online is not what u get I saw the first room it was dirty then he showed me another room it was dirty and smelled like something died in the room so then he moved me to the 3rd floor very cozy and clean but overall my stay was good.

Clean, staff very professional, quiet, good atmosphere So enclosed to others, gps stated it was only 8 miles from my destination and I was actually 20 minutes away.
