Hotel Dax

Hotel overall is fantastic and I would definitely recommend. The pool and atmosphere are awesome. One complaint: the Hot water takes about 15-20 min just to get warm depending on where your room is, so set you alarm early.

We love the pool and the restaurant. Breakfast was delicious and the service was great. The pool TVs and background music added to the poolside vibe. We had two problems. The elevator…. One needs servicing. It’s not a great feeling to get stuck. And the showers are complicated to turn on, even with the instructions on the wall. Otherwise 10 out of 10.

The hotel was awesome. The only comment we would make was the access to a microwave. It does clearly state that they are available upon request. We did get back late to the room last night and had leftovers. They did not have any available so we requested to use the one in lobby for items purchased at snack shop - well they had loaned that to a hotel guest. I would suggest this not be allowed. We had to order delivery after 11 pm because the leftovers could not be consumed cold. That was 40$ we didn’t plan on spending but I have to say we saved so much at this complex verses where we have always stayed previously at a Marriott property in Carrollton. We will certainly be back. ❤️😉❤️

My new favorite hotel. The hotel, the food, and the staff deserves 6 stars.

Great place to stay, affordable price, felt like a resort for sure, everything very accommodating. Will recommend and return In the future.

The in house coffee place called Brewed could use more food items and the coffee was just okay.

it was extremely cold in my room I did not have the ability to turn off or adjust the AC it just blows cold and that's the only option

I loved the gym and the pool. I wish the pool bar would have been opened but otherwise it was a great stay. Elevators were a little difficult but nothing horrible.

I like the resort feel of the property. Everything in one place. The bathroom needs updating. There was an issue with the plumbing.
