The staff was super friendly! Although the first room smelled terrible but they changed us to a different room, that didn’t stink. We had a weird situation where someone from maintenance came into our room around 4pm with no explanation and when he heard us he immediately left and the cleaning staff had already cleaned the room so there was no reason for someone to come in without knocking so I didn’t feel comfortable with that aside from that pool and stay was decent.

Room 2123 had a lingering odd odor that was noticeable every time we walked in. The bed also did not feel like a true king bed, and both of our feet were hanging off the end, which made the stay uncomfortable. The most concerning issue was housekeeping and safety. I stepped on a metal screw or fastener that was left in the carpet. That is not a small detail. Guests should not have to worry about stepping on sharp debris inside a hotel room. We also paid extra for breakfast. Breakfast was listed from 6 a.m. to 11 a.m., and we missed it by about 15–20 minutes. I called multiple times before reaching someone. Gabby was pleasant and professional, but when the issue was escalated, there was no real acknowledgment that we had paid for breakfast and no reasonable alternative was offered, not even a grab-and-go item like fruit or yogurt. The property has potential and looks nice in photos, but the actual experience did not match. Between the room odor, room type issue, poor service recovery, and a sharp object left in the carpet, this was a disappointing stay. I would not recommend this hotel unless management improves housekeeping, room readiness, and guest service

A beautiful hotel. Great location and the remodel was spot on. A little confusing with the evelators and the floors it goes to. Excited to visit again.

Staff were quick to resolve issues with booking reservation only showing Saturday night reservation and not Friday's. Also, pool area had a lifted metal drain piece that scratched my foot, but item was fixed promptly once staff was informed. No

The pool hot tub and pool bar, the room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful . The food was great The shower took over ten minutes to heat up the last two days we were there and the toilet didn’t flush well

This room was a wedding night gift for my daughter. She couldn’t even be there for 1 hour due to the mildew like smell and had to leave and find another hotel. The staff was very helpful and offered a refund.

The staff was super nice, however, thats where it ended. The elevator got stuck going up to our room. We couldnt use the other one because it was out of order. The room smelled like mold and needed to be updated. Was gross.

Hotel was very nice and restaurant was amazing. But when we got to the room it was very clear that they had not done the same level of remodel to the rooms. Pleasant stay and will stay again. Hopefully they update the rooms a bit.

Rooms are outdated and have odd odors upon entering the room. When I called service desk to verify my breakfast add on, I was told not included but yet my reservation said otherwise. Elevators do not have night access so you have to walk around the property to access gain access through the lobby.

They put all their renovation budget into the lobby. If you intend on hanging out in there quite a bit then this might be the place for you. Room bathroom was terrible, towels were stained, tv was outdated, lower electrical plate for the AC unit was just laying on the ground. Some of the staff was helpful but the rest of the staff may have been in training. I took a hot shower and as soon as I opened the bathroom door (halfway because that’s as far as it opens) the fire alarm went off. Parking was easy and free. I won’t be back.
