The Addison Hotel, SureStay Collection by Best Western

I have regularly stayed at the property when Dallas. My traveling is reduced now but I will still recommend the property.

Good hotel, well maintained. The smell was a bit strongly santized.

It was built out to have this amazing experience mediocre best staff was lackluster

I didn’t like nothing about it never would’ve booked at this nasty place.

Yes they stole over 100 from me because of their clerical error took 2 days i akreasy paid for cause i fodny have the depisit that thry already sent back

The property was well lit and in a quiet neighborhood.

Family enjoyed the breakfast. Location was great. Had plenty of options close by for dinner. Rooms were smaller than expected. But very clean though.

No microwave or refrigerator in the rooms

property was quiet, which was good. room key gets disconnected every day once or twice, and had go to the front desk and rekey very annoying. wifi issues: not able to connect.

Nice clean well-maintained room and property

Ac was down, elevator was broken, was given no options, clerk was uniformed.

Check in was pretty easy and quick. The room’s AC was awesome. No hot water the first night. Also, the room smelled moldy and I realized on the second night that there was a previous water leak on the ceiling which probably contributed to this. Hotel was quiet and conveniently located to everything.

Parts of it are nice It took me going up to the rooms 4 times to actually get into a room, times 1&2 my keys didn’t work, time 3 the new room given was a mess, curtains in floor leaking ac, moldy smell. 4th time I finally got into my room and it was decent. They also charge a $250 deposit if you are using anything other than Mastercard.

There was a roach in our room, and the room looks 30 bed very hard .

Rooms were clean and staff was friendly and helpful!

Our a c stopped working and they moved us to another room,no charge. Breakfast was okay! Staff was friendly n helpful. FYI though if you book through a 3rd party, they make you put a deposit, but I got it back the next day.

Good location, friendly staff, average breakfast. Big roach in the room.
