the lobby was large, clean and very comfortable. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the swimming pool. It needs some repair on the tiles around the inside of pool. Looks like it is process. Unfortunately there are flowering trees and leaves from those trees that are filling up the pool. Upper 90's the pool would have been great to get in but it was just too messy to get in.

The room was clean and comfortable.

The overall stay was fine. Disappointed in the breakfast. We were on a schedule and there seemed to be only one person working the restaurant. It was a made-to-order set- up and took too long. Would have liked a few grab’n go options

Room and hallways where extremely dirty

Room was dirty, couch was missing the back pillows and was covered in stains.

Room was clean, staff was horrible. Nobody knows anything at the front desk, it’s always the manager has to do this or that!!! I checked out early and they refused to refund my money after I was told I would get my money.

There was no free breakfast and I thought there prices for breakfast were pretty high i went to waffle house

I think was under the Holliday Inn standards.

No complimentary breakfast, they charges for breakfast is high.

The worst hotel I've ever been at

Shower handle fell off the wall. Room was stinky. Housekeeper didn’t leave new towels for our 2nd day. When we call asking for these, they asked us to go down and grab them by ourselves. I thought we paid for these services 🤔🤔

First, there’s only 1 person in the check in lobby and you should know it’s one of the busiest time of the year is July 3-4 in Addison for Kaboomtown celebration. It took a long time for check in process and long line. Second, the carpet in the whole entire floors were terrible, nasty, and old. I mean like you can smell the nasty old carpet and we started sneezing terribly. I mean seriously, those carpet needs to be taken out ASAP!!!! The ice machine wasn’t working as well. The only ice machine was working was in the lobby. I can’t believe how old is this hotel and never been remodeled . This needs attention by management

Amazing staff easy check in clean room

The hallways and elevator in this hotel smell terrible and are unmaintained. The front desk staff was rude and unwelcoming when I arrived. The staff member that I met and dealt with on my second day was nice, but he was overwhelmed and unorganized. My window seal was rotted out all the way around the window, and a storm hit that caused my room to begin to flood. The room that I was moved to afterwards was not very clean. There was hair all over the bathroom floor and shower. The TV remote batteries were dead, and the TV wouldn't load any channels or update. I called the desk several times and never got an answer. This was my second time staying in this hotel. The first time, I had someone attempt to break into my room. I will never stay at this hotel again.

The rooms were clean, good water pressure and air conditioner work great Breakfast look good, unfortunately we didn't get the whole experience because we didn't know it was table service, we were there for a softball tournament and thought it was grab and go like the othe holiday inn, so didn't have time. Also I wish they gave me a notice ahead of time about the elevators not working and to top it off they gave us a room on the third floor, had to carry our bags, ice chest and softball equipment

Elevator was broken and we got no notification. Ice machine on the floor we were on was out of order. Sofa bed in our room was jacked up, folded up with mattress not on the frame, forced behind it and shoved in and unstable frame due to missing part

There was no elevators working. Placed me in a handicap room with no electrical plugs in bathroom to blow dry hair plus the shower did not work. As the staff was exceptional he did mention when using 3rd party to book they didnt show the elevators would be inoperable during my staff.
