The worst hotel I've ever been at

Shower handle fell off the wall. Room was stinky. Housekeeper didn’t leave new towels for our 2nd day. When we call asking for these, they asked us to go down and grab them by ourselves. I thought we paid for these services 🤔🤔

First, there’s only 1 person in the check in lobby and you should know it’s one of the busiest time of the year is July 3-4 in Addison for Kaboomtown celebration. It took a long time for check in process and long line. Second, the carpet in the whole entire floors were terrible, nasty, and old. I mean like you can smell the nasty old carpet and we started sneezing terribly. I mean seriously, those carpet needs to be taken out ASAP!!!! The ice machine wasn’t working as well. The only ice machine was working was in the lobby. I can’t believe how old is this hotel and never been remodeled . This needs attention by management

The computer system did not match up with what I book through booking. I booked my stay and paid for breakfast all at once but was given a hard time and told I did not pay for breakfast. No one was on the same page. After talking to booking for two days the hotel manager then agreed to give me what I paid for. Still had an issue because I wasn’t given the voucher so I had to go through this with two other office staff. First and last time I will stay at this location. That first night it stormed and it was water everywhere on the first floor, in the dining area.

The shower curtain in the room is to short and will cause water damage if not fix. The water goes directly on the floor which is now cause a mildew smell.

The hallways and elevator in this hotel smell terrible and are unmaintained. The front desk staff was rude and unwelcoming when I arrived. The staff member that I met and dealt with on my second day was nice, but he was overwhelmed and unorganized. My window seal was rotted out all the way around the window, and a storm hit that caused my room to begin to flood. The room that I was moved to afterwards was not very clean. There was hair all over the bathroom floor and shower. The TV remote batteries were dead, and the TV wouldn't load any channels or update. I called the desk several times and never got an answer. This was my second time staying in this hotel. The first time, I had someone attempt to break into my room. I will never stay at this hotel again.

You could very well contract some sort of disease at this hotel. Don't bother with the manager — he's completely ring-fenced himself off and is uncontactable at all times. Booking.com refuses to refund any of my money, claiming they can't dispute the charge. This place is being run straight into the ground. Avoid at all costs — it's a health hazard.

No elevator and put us at level 3… after 1 week not get the refund

The rooms were clean, good water pressure and air conditioner work great Breakfast look good, unfortunately we didn't get the whole experience because we didn't know it was table service, we were there for a softball tournament and thought it was grab and go like the othe holiday inn, so didn't have time. Also I wish they gave me a notice ahead of time about the elevators not working and to top it off they gave us a room on the third floor, had to carry our bags, ice chest and softball equipment

Liked the location and staff response even with things beyond their control Elevator was broken and we got no notification. Ice machine on the floor we were on was out of order. Sofa bed in our room was jacked up, folded up with mattress not on the frame, forced behind it and shoved in and unstable frame due to missing part

There was no elevators working. Placed me in a handicap room with no electrical plugs in bathroom to blow dry hair plus the shower did not work. As the staff was exceptional he did mention when using 3rd party to book they didnt show the elevators would be inoperable during my staff.

Lobby area was nice The staff was very disorganized

Staff was friendly. Check-in was a fairly smooth process. The complementary water bottles were nice. The room we were staying in was dirty. The hallway was very humid and smelled like mold. There were various stains on the couch, the lamp, and mold growing near the bathtub. There was mildew on the shower head. There were questionable stains on the mirror as well. It wasn’t very clean, and compared to other Holiday Inns — this one was not the best one that I’ve stayed in.

Clean. Breakfast not included. Older but is good shape. Nice staff.

Parking was easy.
