The breakfast was awful

Breakfast was great and fresh every time. A little farther from the city than I’d like but I enjoyed my stay.

The room had a funny smell and the bathroom floor was wet when I first got my keys. I don’t know if it was the shower or the toilet, but something was causing the little puddle. The body soap container was missing from the shower wall, it just had the shampoo and conditioner dispensers. Other than that the room looked nice with the kichenette. The bed was comfy and a/c was great. Probably won’t stay here again.

Our doors locked and we didn’t get bitten by bed bugs. The night person was way nicer and he did what he could to make it right. Our rooms were not ready when we got there at 6pm. The front desk lady really didn’t care. She made it seem like it was pretty normal for not having the rooms prepared. All of our key cards stopped working in the morning way before we checked out (like around 7am). All the rooms smelled off and the fire kept going off on room 303 when someone takes a hot shower. Room 408 door literally fell off the door. The night desk person fixed it right away.

Rooms are big. Fridge Customer service was horrible. I’m still waiting on a response from the manager and still nothing. Every time all call i get told he’s going to call me back and never get that call. The people in the front desk think they bigger than the customer. Won’t work with you at all

pleasantly surprised on the value for the money. rooms are spacious and clean. ample parking, well lit. nice, friendly staff. the only thing to improve is to imstall a door to the restroom. the sliding barn panel does not provide any privacy.
