Sleep Inn Dallas Northwest - Irving

The room was clean, practical and tasteful, the bed comfortable, parking is free, the staff is very helpful. Breakfast is available from 6-9am, I would prefer it to be available until 10am. All around a good place to spend the nights.

Very friendly front desk staff. Hotel was clean, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very basic, neighborhood was not great…nothing nice (restaurant, park, etc) within walking distance. If you just come to sleep, it’s a great choice

Location and parking were great. Breakfast was a little skimpy. Property could use a thorough cleaning.

The breakfast was good. The room was nice. It was comfy and clean. Nothing

Welcoming staff and guided us for local dining places. Close to Airport.

Loved the property all they need is the kitchenettes The staff lady at the front desk in the morning was a bit rude & if you don’t get to the room early you will not have parking

Everything was perfect and well cleaned and tidy absolutely loved how it’s in the middle of everything to where you’re not having to drive too far!

Beds & pillows very comfortable!! Breakfast was amazing ? Bathtub was a little slippery, maybe needs bath mat, appreciated all the bars tho

Locations

Friendly staff.

Absolute nightmare .. Lots of crime on Royal Lane !! Very sketchy area

4th floor hallway smells of mold and pets

Rooms were clean, bed and pillows comfortable. Plenty of towels. Carpets clean hotel appears updated. Neighborhood ok. Price reasonable.

Ice machines all broken

Trash was in the hall way the whole stay we had to say something to staff all they did was put it in two big bags room service came once the whole stay only one elevator work and was dirty breakfast wasn’t good at all

The handicap shower leaked filling the bathroom floor. When I informed the desk manager he was already aware of the problem yet still rented the room. Several vents throughout the hotel were downright unsanitary. The location is in a questionable neighborhood and yet some parking lot lights did not work properly. Whoever manages this property does not share our American standards for safety, upkeep or cleanliness.

Overall the hotel itself was nice and clean, however the walls are very thin you can hear people walking. Other than that it was really nice.

They don’t like to refund people there money ! You can call and everything they still won’t respond I don’t recommend booking this hotel !!

Terrible experience. I was assigned a room and there was a strange man sitting in the room. I went downstairs to request a new room and the front desk attendant refused to believe me. She then proceeded to try and gaslight me into believing that I had not had this encounter 2 minutes before. She finally assigned me to a different room after a few minutes of back and forth. The room was unsurprisingly not well kept. Broken fixtures. Disgusting carpet. Save your money and the anxiety and book somewhere else

Great location. Clean, comfortable and quiet.
