A wonderful place to stay is clean and it’s nice

My only complaint for our stay here was that when we arrived (at about 3:30PM) our room was not ready. They said that they were shorthanded with housekeeping staff for the day. Fortunately, we had other things to go do, so it was only a minor inconvenience. The staff member who greeted us was super nice and apologetic. Once we got into our room, everything was great. The room was clean, quiet, and secure. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic!! Parking was plentiful, and the parking lot was well lit at night time. There was a good breakfast offered, with a decent variety of options. 10/10 would recommend. If we are ever in the Dallas area again, I will certainly stay there again.

The cleaning products are toxins for sensitive individuals.

Clean and convenient

Few days prior to my arrival I was informed that hotel charges a $50 deposit and will be refunded once they see room is clean, never heard of a hotel doing that. Once I arrived I did a walk around of my room the a/c did blow hard and did not cool off the room one bit. We called to have it looked at but we were told that that was how it was but a/c definitely needs to be fixed. I then found a hole in the wall in the bathroom and some damage to the walls. When taking a shower whether the shower curtain is fully closed and put inside the shower it still some how floods the floor so be cautious. I requested room service for fresh sheets and some tidying up nothing happened when I asked about it the lady said house keeping was Gina for the day and they would do it the next day. Next days comes still nothing, I had to go downstairs to request more toilet paper and towels. The evening before our original check out date we returned to room with the room got a/c blowing warm air called front desk waited for over an hour and decided to just check out early. Staff was friendly but did not meet needs. Free breakfast was good served hot, very convenient waffle maker. Decent area.

I stayed 6 nights, and even though the room wasn’t messy, no housekeeping came in after every third night as advertised on their bathroom mirror sticker. I was in the first floor, close to the common area, so it was easy to throw food trash away. I found issues in the room, and they repaired it right away. Easy and close freeway access, quiet neighborhood close to Korean marts, restaurants, donut shop, and a small shopping center. Felt like a safe area. Smoke-free building but people smoked outside. Even though I had checked out, they let me leave my luggage at the front desk so I could explore luggage-free before my flight. I would stay here again next time I’m in Dallas.

It was nice and clean. And the ac was great. It was needed in the heat. The breakfast buffet was ok. It had your typical breakfast, nothing too fancy but I enjoyed it. Overall, great place to stay. I will book here again when I’m in town.

Worst hotel I ever stayed in, awful customer service , awful environment, dirty hotel used cons under bed, worst breakfast!!! Checked in at 7 still wanted me to wait another 3 hrs even tho check in time was 3 overall experience was below 0 star

Una experiencia muy mala debido a que la propiedad estaba sucia mi habitación estaba extremadamente sucia tuve que al llegar regresar nuevamente a la recepción para que me otorgaran otra habitación que tampoco estaba en buenas condiciones me dieron otra que no fue la que yo reservé que no tenía el mismo modelo o sea que pagué por algo que no recibí aparte las recepcionistas fueron groseras no tenían la más mínima intención de ser agradables ni amables y encima frente al Hotel. Todos los días habían personas bebiendo bebidas alcohólicas, y mientras las recepcionistas lo veían, no hacían nada incluso salían todo el tiempo, fuera hablar por teléfono, en vez de estar en su lugar de trabajo o reportar que habían personas bebiendo frente al Hotel en el parqueo del Hotel no los recomendaría para nada definitivamente

Hotel was discusting. Checked in and the hotel smelled bad since we walked in walked into the room and it was worse and the front desk didn't want to change us room and we left the hotel and they didn't want to give us a refund

Good breakfast there was a smoke smell in the first room but they moved us immediately so that was awesome

The hotel covered the necessities I had, closeness to the airport, breakfast and a comfortable room.

The water pressure terrible I dont feel I can get clean with it that low.

Clean rooms, good A/C, decent location, well-lit parking area. Location was just off a major highway. Bed was comfortable and I didn’t hear any noise from road or other guests.

He got us checked in and sent us to our room which was supposed to have 2 queen beds but it had not even been cleaned yet. This was 5:00 p.m. and we could have checked in as early as 3:00 and it still wasnt ready. Then they gave us another room with 2 double beds and since we paid ahead of time, which was required, we did not get any kind of refund or offered anything for our troubles. They also wanted a $50 dollar deposit when we got there, all other hotels we went to it was only 15 to 25 and since we had to pay ahead of time why was that not charged as well. We didn't bother with breakfast, none of us could sleep that well on their hard beds. Best thing about it was the smell of the lotion and that the AC worked well.
