Worst area ever the hotel is nothing like the pics advertised there is only one entry in the hotel by at the front desk.

Easy access to major highways close to food locations and shopping and it was peaceful quiet .

Room had a young roach in it, towel bar fell on floor, two ice machines but only one working and one working looked unsanitary, two elevators but only one working, second floor elevator button broke, third floor up button to call elevator broke, pool area not very lit at night, door to room was hard to open, and no housekeeping service on one of the days. Staff was wonderful and air conditioning worked very well during a very hot stay. It breaks my heart to see a perfectly good property run down quickly because the property owner will milk every last dime out of it. I imagine in less than ten years it will be torn down.

I liked that it was conveniently off 35, and easy to access/find. Upon parking, a crashed VW right at the front door and never moved. Dirty glass on the doors, full trash cans and cigarette ashtrays. Then the doors opened to no ac and pungent odor. The FD girl was friendly, she was in her traditional Indian attire so it leads me to believe this property is family owned/ran. Lobby just looked dirty and grimy. I was so tired from driving that I hoped my room would be better. The safety lock on my room door was loose and can easily be broken. Carpet felt sticky, toilet had pee drops on the seat. Towels and bedding smell like they get thrown in the wash but no detergent or Clorox is used. Only positive would be the shampoo/conditioner but I felt dirty drying off with those towels. Elevator is going to electrocute someone soon. Overall a sad stay

The bathrooms and beds were clean and comfortable. The walls were dirty, the refrigerator door wouldn't close because there was so much ice in the freezer. The coffee machine didn't have the part to put the coffee filters in to make coffee in the morning. It didn't looked poorly maintained.

Not really anything the place was dirty had a deposit fee but with that if beds had stains you wouldn’t get your deposit back and most of the beds and covers had stains already on them so the place seemed like a scam

I liked that it was close to a main road to take us somewhere we needed to go It was in a secluded area with bad roads. I felt like I was walking in a motel parking lot instead of a nice hotel parking lot. It was also on the same street as a strip club. It also smelled bad on multiple occasions. The elevator barely worked which made everything a hassle being that we were on the 4th floor. Also, the silver lock on the side of the door that keeps the door from swinging open on the doorframe was zip tied in my room. They also only gave me one soap for showering and washing my hands

Cleaner room

The front desk people are so sweet. The lady with the long hair is beautiful and sweet. The shirt man is respectful and very professional. The two men who do breakfast are also very wonderful hard workers

Good breakfast. I appreciated the coffee availability. Danby refrigerator was constantly defrosting and got my items inside all wet. The drape was unhooked and the adjustment stick was broken off.
