Quality Inn & Suites I-35 E / Walnut Hill

Bugs in the room, overall cleanliness was bad, staff was nowhere to be found when asking for help

The hotel dingy. Room door don’t close properly. Back door to the hotel doesn’t have a handle. Bathroom had rust and a discolored toilet seat

Bad

It’s very nice not expecting it too look that good for price. Love everything

Overall, the hotel felt very dirty and poorly maintained. It was a terrible and unpleasant experience, and I would not stay here again.

Bath Tub

price cleanliness

The amount of weed being smoked in and around the hotel is strong.

Clean rooms clean restroom All was good

Pleasant

Nothing

Poor

The breakfast area was clean and stocked. The outside had trash throughout the parking lot including a Beer Box that was there the whole time. It was Never removed before I departed. The inside of the hotel room had to much Srpay in the room to cover up the Smoke smell, in s Non smoking room.

The hot tube worked and breakfast was good Fridge didn’t work in my room there were roaches in the bathroom

Parking It’s was to dirty and vibes wierd.

The room had a weird smell, we only had one bath towel in the bathroom, the next door room had the TV very loud at midnight and the AC was very loud we couldn’t sleep

Had a lot of issues with the room, there were cockroaches as well. The hot tub was nice though.

Can’t complain too much for the price, but room was very musty.

It didn't have a designated smoke area
