Old, rusty lighting fixtures in the bathroom, exposed wires on one of the bed lamps, elevator not working, unable to watch local TV/news and was told by front desk they have that problem in every room due to their provider. Furnishings and decor are very dated.

Great hotel. Helpful staff. Spacious quiet rooms as well.

The staff were good; however, the food for the price was mediocre. They hosted a Quinceanera in the lobby of their hotel on Saturday evening with a DJ. It lasted until 1:00 am. I could hear the bass of their music playing even on the 4th floor where my room was located. The day I checked out, one set of elevators were not working. The elevator I got on had what appeared to be a used condom. I've written the front desk manager.

Absolutely a horrible place.

If i could give this a negative star I would. upon arriving to the property you could smell POT outside. The hotel vibe was very suspect. When I check-in I asked if the restaurant would be open for breakfast since they never said a word about amenities during check-in. They told me no breakfast and no bar. I had to leave the property the next morning to get coffee. 3 of my coworkers who also stayed onsite had to switch rooms 3 times because either the door would not open or in some cases it would not close/lock. This was the worse place i've even stayed in all the years I've travel for business and or pleasure. NEVER AGAIN.

We traveled to Dallas to host a driver education summit at this hotel. The hotel was nice, but we were unaware it was a nightclub. The elevator inspection reports are expired. The elevator reeked of weed every time we got into them. The key fobs did not work. Mine worked when I arrived at the hotel but when I left to go to dinner and came back it did not work. The staff working was very friendly and helpful. There was no breakfast served Monday morning. This is helpful for our staff so that we can have breakfast at the hotel then go set up for the summit. We had lunch ordered and the food was really good.

I had to change rooms 4 times because the door locks wouldn't work, and it smelled strongly of marijuana. The other people I was with had to change rooms multiple times as well because of door issues.

Hotel was smelly and a bit dirty. Will not stay there again.
