Smells like week and cigarettes. Photos show breakfast bar and there NO BREAKFAST. Horrible experience

Honestly nothing. Staff is slow, didn’t have room service or nobody to clean the room all 4 days I stayed. I was gone majority and still nobody came. I was on the 2nd level, the ac needs to be replaced, it’s a heat wave upstairs. Key card wasn’t working properly, My room had a whole in the door.

Very comfortable bed and adequate amenities. I would reccommend that they steam clean the carpets and couch. I would stay there again!

For a single night ,as a solo traveller that's ok. The staff's behaviour was unprofessional and not appropriate. The bed covers and room carpet were extremely dirty and appeared not to have been cleaned for a long time. The shower water pressure was very low, making it difficult to use. During the night, someone attempted to open my room door, which was quite concerning. In the morning, a staff member entered the room without knocking or asking for permission, showing a lack of respect for guests' privacy. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was very poor and unreliable throughout my stay. Overall, it felt like the focus was solely on making money rather than providing genuine hospitality. While running a business for profit is understandable, there should still be a basic standard of ethics, professionalism, and respect for guests.

Room was relatively clean. It did smell like cigarettes I won’t lie, but a little febreeze did the trick. Front desk and maids were nice. No breakfast, no pool, AC barely worked if anything. A big plus was a microwave, fridge, and laundry room. $2 to wash and $2 to dry. Overall, it was a place to stay. Didn’t impact our vacation much and was in a good spot to travel to and from Dallas. Had plenty of open parking.

I like the shower it spray hard and I love that and the bed slept well very comfortable. And it’s a clean facility. No microwave in the rooms tiny cups of coffee and one roll of tissue given at a time and I had to ask for it each time. Staff not friendly at all and it can get a little noisy at times and lots of construction in the area.

No pool, no tub, no microwave. Tv's and internet connection not responsive. I didn't see roaches though. The lady that checked me in on Wednesday is a very unhappy and unpleasant person. It's okay, but I think they skimp on a lot. They don't care if your laundry gets done, or what your needs are. Pretty standard for most hotels

The facility was presentable but the rooms did not look like the pictures on the internet the lamp shades were torn and stained. The bed skirt was dirty and the overall room condition was unpresentable. The front desk clerk entered our room without our permission Rooms need to be presentable they need to spend a little money on the property
