Always a welcome after traveling to the Dallas area. Clean, quiet, fantastic bed, and hot shower!

The location was great. Located near Texas Card House.

The lobby area was extremely hot. There is no elevator to access 2nd floor of hotel. There was water leaking somewhere in the bathroom and leaving water puddles. My family of 4 had a total of 5 randomly sized towels to use for showering. When we asked for additional twice towels we were told that none were available because the person who had the key to the laundry was not there. When we were ready to check out, there was no one at the front desk; there was only a note there which stated "be back in 20 minutes." Please spend your money elsewhere.

It was cheap Terrible moisture problem. Room smelled like weed and cigarettes.

Room was clean. That’s the only positive. The AC didn’t work on the entire second floor. Rooms were cool but hallway was very hot and stunk. It’s a 2 story hotel with no elevator at all. Said

Upon entering the room, I immediately noticed that the reception area lacked air conditioning, and this issue persisted throughout our entire stay. The claim of a complimentary continental breakfast was false, as no such service was available. The pool was completely off-limits; it was locked up the entire weekend, with staff citing maintenance delays that were supposed to be addressed on Monday, yet no maintenance personnel ever arrived. Despite multiple requests, no one cleaned our room during our stay. I asked front desk staff twice about this; they assured me someone would come the next day. However, each morning I returned to a dirty room, and I had to go to the reception to exchange my dirty towels for clean ones. The noise levels in the hotel were high; I could hear the ice machine constantly operating in the hallway, adding to the cacophony. The public restroom adjacent to the reception area was closed, further reducing convenience. Overall, the only redeeming feature was that the air conditioning was working in the room, and it provided a place to sleep for the three nights we stayed. Beyond that, there was little positive to say about my experience.

For the price, you really can't beat this stay. The location was nice and quiet, and the staff was friendly throughout my visit. Overall, I was very happy with my stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

clean room and staff is friendly, was looking for free breakfast

Dirty towels, slippery floors going up the stairs. Booking says continental breakfast, there was only coffee. Ac in the lobby and halls was not working. Clearly says no smoking but smelled like marijuana.

The price range was budget friendly, but the facility was not to my expectations. The location had good access to major freeways and a few restaurants near by. The staff was not very welcoming they were accommodating, but not friendly. Also, the location is near freeway that is under heavy construction. The guest across the hall were fighting and shouting in the late hours of the night and the hotel is roach infested. The roaches are on the 1st floor so bad that when the staff turned on the lights in the linen closet they scattered everywhere. The parking lot at night is filled with roaches. It was fairly clean the ice machine was broken and dirt was all under it when they were repairing it. It was hot and stuffy in the halls upstairs and downstairs and there room was stuffy smelling. I will not stay here again!!!

I’ve mentioned before that I travel quite a bit to Dallas and when I’m there I like to stay at this hotel. Since I have to pay my travel out of my own pocket, I try to find something very economical, but I also want to feel safe and being a clean environment. I really enjoyed finding Arya as it meets all the requirements for me to feel safe, comfortable and cared for.

Place I have been staying during every trip to the Dallas area for years now. Always clean and quiet.

The room was cool! It was in disrepair and things it advertised were not there. EX: there was no breakfast
-
Near highway A little further down than you realize.

I did not have high expectations because of the price. I didn’t want anything fancy, but I did expect it to be reasonably clean. I was wrong. Each bed only had two pillows. I went and asked for an extra pillow and blanket (we didn’t want to sleep on the sheets) and was told they didn’t have any extra. I was given an extra set of sheets (that were stained.) The lock on the door was broken, pictures of the room are attached and I killed a bug in the bathroom. When checking out, the same attendant was sitting in the lobby on his computer and just told us to put our key on the desk. Didn’t ask how our stay way, no “have a good day” NOTHING.

I like the breakfeat
-
It was loud and dirty. It was extremely dirty inside and outside of my room. Spills I saw appear the night I arrived were still there when I checked out. It is very loud. It is a very cheap hotel so it attracts some irregular activities. I have no idea how it got such a good rating. There were stains in the tub and on my bedsheets. There were holes in my bedsheets and the room hadn't been vacuumed. There were candies on the floor left from a previous guest

Proximity to where we needed to be Neighborhood is in an industrial part of town. Not a lot of choices for food that were really close by. Felt a little unsafe. Rooms weren’t very clean. The fire alarm was taped up but kept beeping I’m assuming due to low battery.
