Super 8 by Wyndham Farmers Branch/North Dallas

I was comfortable staying here but I saw a property on the decline. If they don't invest in maintenance and upkeep the place will be a dump pretty soon. I mean like when you attempt to open the closet door and it almost falls out the frame because the hinges aren't bolted to anything. It was just jammed into place to look as if it was functional. Why not just fix it? Bedspreads with large cigarette burns everywhere maybe should be tossed and replaced. Those little snails on the shower floor are harmless but they do indicate structural issues. Little things but if ignored can make your place less desirable to stay in. Oh, and did I just happen to stay there on the same weekend as Snoop Dogg, because it smelled like somebody was smoking like a chimney.

Mani is professional we will be coming back to this location soon.

Well the only reason i stay here is because is only 5 minutes to my job, but it sucks because they never want to give you enough towels & shampoo & they don’t have complimentary breakfast

Nothing really everything was not what i expected The place was okay but the "free breakfast"they had was one muffin and one drink only per person you would think driving for hours trying to get a good sleep and having a full breakfast to you can hit the road would be the plan but it wasnt the bed sheets had burn cigarettes hole even thou they said it a smoke free place the bathtub was nasty and dirty it wasnt what the pictures show highly wont recommend to anyone unless you on a budget

There was no elevator to get to 2nd floor

We had a good stay , it seemed clean . There was no breakfast but the staff was nice and all in all we were happy . We would stay again !!!!!!

Room has awful smell, towels/bedsheets where all stained. WiFi was garbage but almost all have bad WiFi. Bathroom had mold in the caulking over all something you wouldn’t use but had too

Staff was rude. Charged a $60 Rude staff. Charged $60 "deposit". Was told would be refunded immediately at xhexkout but that has not happened. Room wS still clean with nothing missing. Why have I not been refunded. Liars

Peaceful. Everyone their great and willing to help except one person. I asked if they had a phone I use because I was going through a crisis. I accidentally locked phone and keys in the car. He told me I could go jack in the box or the gas station. I have to say thank God those people willing to help. I am homeless and suffering with depression. I broke down. When the key guy gave me money to pay for another night.
