Room was clean and large. Was only given 1 towel and there were 2 of us. Hair driver was all cracked and sounded like it would blow up. I asked if pool was open when I made reservations and told YES! It was closed for repairs.?Breakfast was a joke! Nothing really to eat!

Not much Old many unaddressed maintenance issues
-
The room floor was sticky, so apparently it was not wet mopped before my arrival. There was only 1 working lightbulb (of the 3) in the bathroom. The hair dryer was broken. The breakfast was the worst example of a breakfast that I've seen as a complimentary breakfast at a hotel. Only bread, and cereal and the cereal bar was dirty, with littered cereal all over the counter. The coffee dispenser was emply when I came down to breakfast, so it look some time for the staff to make more coffee. The staff at the desk was often busy on his smartphone, not attentive to the customers, or breakfast area which he was responsible for maintaining.

Very disappointed.

Dirty carpets, breakfast area had dirty tables and chairs. Staff was helpful but not visible. The bathroom was ok but the walls were not cleaned properly. The whole area was very poor maintained.

Not sure “quality” describes this hotel. Didn’t have much choice as we were in town for my uncle’s funeral on short notice. Staff was mostly invisible. “Breakfast buffet” was a joke with store bought donuts & muffins, waffle station with no toppings, no fruit or protein items, no juice or water available, no non-dairy creamer for coffee, pallet of paint & supplies in small lobby made it difficult for our son in large power wheelchair to navigate. Elevator was shady, thought it might break down on each use. Will not book here or other “Quality Inn” again.

I have stay at this brand hotel in other areas and never had bad experience but this one I would not recommend
-
breakfast was sub par basically toast and bagel, not even peanut butter. no protein whatsoever. rooms and hotel tired and un need of refreshing
-
Filthy, broken, unsafe. Can’t believe I paid to sleep here.
-
It’s pet friendly and had a huge green backyard for our dog to run around in. Wonderful pillows and great bed. Dining room was not clean; dust and crumbs all over. No tissues in bathroom. and only a half roll of toilet paper.

The pool was closed without notice on both hotels.com and the website. There was no effort to communicate this prior to check in. The lobby was in poor condition with a sewage odor as well was marijuana odor. The room itself was filthy. There was dirt and food on the floor, stained sheets and it looked like blood on the wall. While we weren't expecting luxury, we did expect the bare minimum of cleanliness which was not the case. Outside the safety fence was broken and missing a rail which could easily cause a fall. There were large piles of dog feces near the parking lot.

What’s even more concerning is that when I repeatedly asked for an explanation, no one could give me a clear or consistent answer. This lack of transparency feels very unprofessional and, frankly, shady. I would appreciate a clear breakdown of these extra charges and an explanation for the discrepancy.

Room was trashed, random glove & blanket on ground, bed unmade, shampoo, conditioner and soaps left in both the tub and sink, and window broken. Was given a second room due to its uncleanliness. Second room reeked of smoke and chemicals, toilet wouldn’t flush, sink wouldn’t drain. Then, a drugged individual was wondering aimlessly in the hotel lobby, hallways and back entrance. Was attempting to climb walls, was kicking things, throwing his body around, and the hotel staff did not kick him out. Come to find out, it was not a hotel guest, it was someone from the gas station next door. Back door does not require key card to enter although it says you do. We felt extremely unsafe, disgusted, and regretted even choosing to stay here. We did not stay the night, we did not stay ANY of our nights we booked & paid for there. There’s a chance I’m not even getting a full refund, which is insane. I will never stay here again, and I urge you to avoid it at all costs. The morning manager was the only helpful staff. We spent less then in hour in our room before leaving around midnight to find a different hotel.

I stayed here March 16–17, 2026 with my wife and our 8-month-old infant. This was one of the most disturbing hotel experiences I have ever had, and I feel a responsibility to warn other travelers — especially families — before they make the same mistake. FILTHY MATTRESS: The mattress was visibly contaminated with what appeared to be old blood and bodily fluids covering a large portion of the top surface. We had an infant with us. This is completely inexcusable and a serious health hazard. BLACK MOLD: The bathtub and shower had extensive black mold growing throughout the grout and tiles. This was clearly not new — it had been building for a long time with no attention. DIRTY ROOM: Heavy dust on the ceiling and surfaces, grimy walls, cloudy dirty windows, dirty microwave, and a strong unpleasant odor throughout the room. It did not feel like it had been properly cleaned in a very long time. FIRE HAZARD: The hair dryer in the room had severe burn marks on the power cord. This is a fire and electrical safety hazard that should never have been left in a guest room — period. BROKEN EXTERIOR DOOR — ANYONE CAN WALK IN: The side entrance to the building did not close or lock at all. It was wide open 24 hours a day. I personally watched strangers walk in and out freely with zero security — no key card, no check, nothing. Traveling with an infant made this especially alarming. POOL CLOSED — NOT DISCLOSED

Very dirty hotel. Lobby smells terrible like cigarettes and body odor/ feces
