Disappointing

convenient location best case scenario it appeared to be under renovation, no pool, no ice machine, no nothing. pillow cases were visibly dirty, floor was sticky, and wreaked of weed and cigarettes (especially concerning for a non-smoking hotel). staff was nice!

The workmen are working on this hotel..they were banging on my door to get into my room at night to check on something..my door has no lock on the inside and I felt fearful. I went to call the front desk and the phone did not work the fire smoke detector was dismantled the elevator had no safety and could have crushed me as it would not stop closing a little boy warned me to get out of the way there was no toilet paper in the room and no cups or coffee maker and the coffee in the lobby was cold. The pool was closed as repairs. The ice machine was being repaired and soda seemed out too. All this prompted me to call the police for an escort out of the building or at least stay on the phone until I got out of there .the garbage dumpster had the names of the last owners of railroad street rooms to rent where I stayed and a letter A written on it too .like scarlet letter...the parking lot was full of utility trucks and I am not sure this hotel should even be open for business it's an accident waiting to happen. I called and told them not to charge me that night that I booked in and out but they charged my Wells Fargo card anyway. The garage outside is full of cigarette butts and the laundry is no longer available. They were setting up for something in the meeting room where the lights were on when I left and I surmise that is what all the like 100 hore d' vou plates were for ..the bathtub would not drain and the TV has limited channels the ice bucket had no liner and no cold or hot cups..I had to call the reservation asking them to have someone bring up toilet paper as I was in my night dress but they never brought it until I was about to get an option to reach the front desk ..I could not recharge my phone as I said none of the outlets worked so managed to get out of there my car was parked away from the building beside a red car who parked there later .It was horrible room 211 should be shut like the rest of the place. Location Breakfast area was dirty, utensils had caked up food from day before. Hotel room floor was very sticky.
-
Staff and atmosphere didn't feel professional.
-
The hotel carpet is filthy; a large piece of the elevator carpet is missing; the hotel smells bad; the room floor was sticky; the room furniture is old and poorly maintained; the bathtub was clogged; the towels very old; the bed linen was very wrinkled.

Room was clean and large. Was only given 1 towel and there were 2 of us. Hair driver was all cracked and sounded like it would blow up. I asked if pool was open when I made reservations and told YES! It was closed for repairs.?Breakfast was a joke! Nothing really to eat!

The only thing pleasant thing about this hotel, was the mattress was comfortable. To begin, the ice machine wasn't working and the pool was unavailable. This should have been noted on the website when I booked the hotel. The room floor was sticky, so apparently it was not wet mopped before my arrival. There was only 1 working lightbulb (of the 3) in the bathroom. The hair dryer was broken. The breakfast was the worst example of a breakfast that I've seen as a complimentary breakfast at a hotel. Only bread, and cereal and the cereal bar was dirty, with littered cereal all over the counter. The coffee dispenser was emply when I came down to breakfast, so it look some time for the staff to make more coffee. The staff at the desk was often busy on his smartphone, not attentive to the customers, or breakfast area which he was responsible for maintaining.

The lobby had a bad odor as well as the hallway. The ice machine was out of order and the pool was closed without notice at check in, which was the primary reason booked location. I definitely would not have booked location for the price it was given other options in location. Very disappointed.

Clean, quiet room. Breakfast was powdered eggs and orange drink. They had a waffle maker but I'm not proficient at making waffles. Plenty of free parking. Near everything in town.

HORRIBLE! I was booked here for a work trip along with the rest of my crew, and I came a day earlier than everyone else. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted with a stench of cat urine. When I went up to my room the fridge was full of old takeout food, my shoes stuck to the floor, and my vanity was hoisted up by a piece of scrap wood. The bed was disgusting and smelled horribly, I had to lay my clothes down on the sheets for a barrier. I threw those clothes in a trash bag when I left, and they reeked when I took them out to wash them. I couldn't get any sleep with the rendezvous happening next door until 3 am. I told my crew to not even to check in. The hotel also won't refund you for the horrible experiences.
