No complaints! Our room was clean and had everything we wanted. The staff were impeccable!
-
Everything is great, very clean, well maintained, worth spending a bit more to stay here than at a comparable cheaper brand hotel. The only lame thing was that There is plenty of parking like a typical hotel lot but they make you pay $10/day to park, that seemed a bit ridiculous that just to stay at the hotel you need to pay to use their lot. I’ve never run into that at any other hotel.

Room was very clean, nice and cozy and staff were very accommodating.

Room had cigarette butt on the floor, we were supposed to get 2 full beds and 2 single beds. We got the full beds and 2 toddler beds. The toddler beds had no sheets because “we don’t have toddler sheets”. The enamel on the tub was chipped. Only seat was a desk chair. Some black flakes on the bottom sheet. Staff was nice but helpless because of the resources they didn’t have. Lobby had no complementary coffee or drink center.

Amazing,

Our room had a strong bleach smell in it and we had two young kids who couldn’t sleep (checked in at 10pm due to flight). When we asked for a change we were first told “we don’t have any other rooms”. We were later offered an alternative room after I went and asked at reception, but it was too late as the kids were already changed and we had unpacked and it was late. Strongly suggest not staying here regardless of price.

Good for the money. Parking a little inconvenient
-
Wish pool was open.

The only downside was the parking fee. Given the size of the property and its location outside of a busy downtown area, I was a bit disappointed that open self-parking was not complimentary. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with good amenities, and I would consider staying here again.

Nice big room, pool was nice except for the hair clumps floating around.
-
Room was spotless. AC worked great. Nice to be given a couple of bottles of water--thanks!

Clean room, expensive everything else
-
Clean, comfy beds and nice staff.. my only issue is that I was surprised you had to pay $10 for parking in Danvers…not the end of the world but a money grab. I also thought the breakfast was mediocre… nothing bad or great but a little pricey at $18… I would stay there again in a heartbeat but prob wouldn’t get breakfast unless you have points or it’s included in a package. Easy access to highway.

I liked it had a restaurant and bar. I was also looking forward to hot tub but it closed early. I was very disappointed.

Room clean, quiet and wifi worked well. Attended on site meeting. Hotel has no food available between an ok breakfast buffet and dinner im bar (which was ok) — no lunch options other than a stand that “serves Starbucks coffee” but only sausage and egg wraps or sausage and egg bagel. And no nearby options. The hotel is a couple miles from downtown Danvers

A bit older than expected

I have stayed here several times and have been well taken care of each time. Overall it’s a great place to stay. The only thing I did not like this time was paying for parking. I don’t recall ever paying for parking here but then I don’t know the why. Is it because it was taken advantage of by others or just a fee. I am just not a fan of paid parking.

Our room was an updated remodel, but it still looked old. The door is a painted mess. The bathroom granite is cracked, broken, and glued back together. Idk. I guess i expected more from a Hilton. It's tacky that they charge for parking. Our view was hilarious! All we could see was a large wall and roof. I think we were given a 💩 room because we bookec through hotels . com.

didn't like the price of the breakfast per person - we skipped it -- we refused to sigh up for it. We expected at least complimentary coffee in the lobby but there was none unless you wanted to pay for Starbucks. didn't like the reception all that much - I felt the person at the desk could have been more helpful. didn't like the attempts to get us to join the Hilton club - and I had to make it clear I had no interest in doing so.

Hotel was decent, except for the smoke detector randomly beeping and talking at 630 in the morning. It woke us up out of a sound sleep. I tried to call front desk before it woke our baby, she instructed to take the battery out. There were no batteries. Sure enough the sounds woke our son up, and maintenance came knocking on the door insisting to come in right then and there. Super early morning wake up, followed by maintenance in our room while we were washing up ourselves and our very tired baby.
