Excellent, friendly staff, , welcoming and professional, outside the property is beautifully maintained, breakfast Area , was clean and ready for the Guest, Pool Area was nice , it was a pleasure to stay at this wonderful hotel , thanks

When we got there we check in to a smelly room but the staff was able to switch it with no problem and gave us a nice clean room and everything from breakfast to the pool was great.

Breakfast is great. Great-tasting coffee available 24/7.

Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast options were plentiful. Our only “complaint” was the heat in the breakfast room area; however, we’re in a heat wave - - this may have been unavoidable for the HVAC system.

They should only improve the breakfast.

The room we were originally given was on the ground floor, smelled musty and was wet on the carpet around the air conditioner. We were moved (for an additional fee because we booked with hotels.com to the fourth floor. Only 1 elevator was working that caused long delays waiting for the elevator. The breakfast was very very good, but the room was way too hot. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool was a treat!

We had a long trip with stays at multiple places and this one by far was the one we enjoyed the most. It was at the same level of our other stays, but the amenities, location, drivability, were all much better.

Clean bedroom, comfortable bed, and the breakfast was great. Could use more bathroom space and toiletries.

Clean room, great staff, wide variety for breakfast, good parking space.

It would even better if this hotel would have had suites with a pull out sofa.

I recommend everyone to stay in this hotel. Everything was good in this hotel!

There was one elevator working. The other one was out of order. The one that was working needed a good cleaning around the floor. Other than that the rest of the stay was great. The breakfast was great. The room was great and the staff were all very helpful.

Had a great experience traveling w/family. Stayed 3 nights. Hotel is 30 mins away from Boston, 30 mins away from Hampton Beach. Staff was helpful, shout out to the gentleman at the front desk who welcomed us late at night and helped us with an unexpected mishap :o) .Breakfast buffet was great, room was clean and quiet, kids had a great time at the pool. If traveling w/little ones or non-swimmers, be sure to bring a life jacket since the pool is basically 5-6 ft deep (only a small narrow section is under 5’). Didn’t get to use the gym, but it was clean and had good equipment. Would definitely stay at Best Western Plus North Shore when visiting the area again.

The room was very large and spacious. It was clean when we arrived, and we stayed for 3 days and only had maid service one time. The pool is great, but not very warm and there is no spa. Breakfast was very nice and you could cook your own waffles or pancakes. I would stay there again.

It was a good hotel to spend time with my granddaughter! The pool was nice - clean with a shallow end for her to play in. The breakfast was good with choices for a 3 1/2 year old and even a book rack for reading books to her! Nice seating area in the lobby and outside too. I would definitely go back!

Our room was clean but the bathroom smells like sewer gas before we even got into our room.

Salem, easy access to restaurants and points of interest. We love it here. The staff was great, breakfast was great, very clean and the room was super nice, great walk in shower!
