Passable

Terrible place to stay, room was somewhat clean but the bathroom was disgusting. We were told it was a smoke free motel yet the whole building smelled like old cigars and weed, the carpets in the corridors were stained with god knows what, tissu and q-tips on the ground, the elevator was working but kinda weird, sometimes it would move up before the door was all the way closed. Seriously, would not recommend. Was my first time at a motel 6 and most definetely my last.

First room was so damp, I couldn't sleep. The second room, I had to spend time drying all the bedding. There was mold on the shower curtain and the bathroom fan didn't work and was in need of cleaning.

Absolutely disgusting. Mold in our shower. View was an abandoned building and junk. Parking lot was filled with holes. It was awful. Smelled liked mold and smoke. Found a random pill on the floor. No good lighting in room. It was not portrayed like it was in the photos on website. Do not stay here!

Not much. It had a room with a bed and hot water. That’s about it. See above.

Absolutely terrible, don’t even consider if this was the last hotel with availability. Seriously- it’s terrible - I booked for three nights but left and booked a different hotel after one terrible night. I should have read the reviews, they are spot on.

If José Alfredo is the one checking in, why would his companion be denied entry for not having a passport? Does your hotel require every accompanying guest to present a passport? If so, why wasn’t that requirement made clear during the booking process? Also, how could the cancellation deadline have been yesterday if I only made the reservation today? That doesn’t make sense and doesn’t seem reasonable. As a result, they now have to drive two hours back home because they have nowhere to stay. The reservation was for two people. I’m extremely upset by how this was handled. I don’t want to assume this was a case of discrimination, which is exactly why I’m asking: was this decision based solely on your identification policy, or were they treated differently for some other reason? I need an answer.
