Arrived to a fire alarm. 30 min check in, no elevator and the mattress was that of a plywood board….. spend the extra cash and go somewhere for $20 more…staff friendly… that’s about it.

I was supposed to be charged 277 but I got charged 327.00

No towels in room. Roll out shower is terrible. Water all over the floor. Slip hazard. Have to keep getting towels to wipe floor. No table to eat at. One chair at desk and a shower chair, which we used to sit. Never will we stay there again.

The location was convenient. Filthy! The staff was late to prepare our room. They made us wait 45 minutes past their recommended check in time. Then they made us wait in line a second time to get our room keys. There was one person telling everyone their rooms weren’t ready or were partially ready. They don’t clean, and their staff does absolutely nothing. Be prepared to clean your space on your own.

The staff wasgood I was suppose to get a bit of a refund but hssent seen it The place was dirty and smelly

The room was great and very spacious. Our room had a pretty bad odor to it. But we had someone come and try to get rid of it. Unfortunately it didn’t work the greatest. But the staff tried and we appreciated that. So we stuck it out for our stay. It was still a very nice room and we had a very nice stay overall.

The room was extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable. We loved having a full size refrigerator that actually worked and kept our drinks cold. The only downside that I can think of is that the bathtub was VERY slippery. We would definitely stay here again.

Room was clean, staff is friendly. Finding parking each night wasn’t a hassle, stayed in a single studio. Had a stove, microwave, full sized fridge and a dishwasher. Was perfect size! Super close to downtown Salem too!

A/C was not working but hotel gave us 50% discount ! We stayed 4 days and three nights .

The room smelled like fried chicken I went and bought spray and it didn’t help

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was friendly. Karri was wonderful. Definitely a place I would recommend. If we travel to Danvers Massachusetts again, we will definitely be choosing this place over any other. I really loved the kitchenette and the bed was very comfy.

Very clean!! Spacious rooms. Well landscaped area Staff was a bit plain. Not good but not bad

We were supposed to have a two bedroom suite for the five of us. Instead we got there and they gave us two connecting rooms with a double bed in each, which only slept four. The young man at the front desk was very helpful and ended up providing another bedroom. The shower in one room had plenty of mold in it. The deadbolt was jammed open in another. A cupboard door was falling off a kitchen cabinet. In general, it definitely felt poorly cared for and certainly not what I would consider an 8.4 on Expedia.

I could not even take a shower because there was no water. Pretty hard having to go to a work meeting having not showered. While I realized that may be a situation out of their control, they did nothing to make it right. The hallway smelled like dog. The place is very rundown. Having no water was just the icing on the cake and the fact that I paid almost $200 for this room is not at all acceptable. I will be contacting Expedia to see if they can remedy this. Very disappointed!

My check in experience was very pleasant, the property is ok, the rooms are good and basic … but something this property needs to come to terms with is, they are not a hotel. This is like a condo building set up, few services, impossible to get anyone on the phone at the property so you have to actively walk to the office for fresh towels or any incoming where to get rid of trash etc . It was a great deal for a week stay but with some small changes this could be so much better, but based on the location and who the other guests are it seems like this is also a form of mixed use and long term stays too . So this may just be my problem. Nothing negative to say, but this is NOT a typical hotel or resort stay. This is basic ….

The staff was extremely helpful and checkin/checkout was smooth. All the amenities were very convenient. However the overall cleanliness of the room was less than expected at this price range. Covers had makeup from previous occupant and sheets were stained. Bathroom floor had hair from previous occupants and toilet was not clean. Overall the stay was fine, but room could have been cleaned more thoroughly.
