Parking there was for free- room had kitchen and dishwasher to use We only had one towel for two- the receptionist said they would bring the other one but that never happened

My only complaint is that while the checkout time is 11:00am, the cleaning staff knocked loudly on my door at 9:45am as I was just waking up. Had to throw on a bathrobe rush to the door only to find no one there, but I saw a cleaning cart at the next room down. I said hello and heard some unclear response from the cleaning staff. Front desk staff pointed out "They're not supposed to knock on guest doors prior to checkout time". But overall a good stay. 🙂

The room was great! We loved sitting outside on the patio. All the guests we encountered outside were very friendly to talk to. Staff was really good. The toilet being really low to the floor and being right next to the sink counter was uncomfortable.

There needs to be better signage outside of the hotel. We drove around a couple of times before we found it. The hotel needs to be updated. Our refrigerator did not work, therefore we lost our lunchmeat, cheese and yogurt and our drinks were warm.

Clean room

The details shown online are nowhere close to reality. Everything is very old looking but functional. I booked the hotel because of the online photos. I paid the premium price expecting a better room but very disappointed. Staff tried to accommodate as much as possible. gave 3 stars for the staff not for the facility

The staff members were patient and helpful

Please find another place. Room was dirty, bathroom wasn’t cleaned, area didn’t feel safe. They moved us to another room it was a little better. I wouldn’t stay there again. Please heed the warning.

I really enjoy staying at the Candlewood when we are in town. Everyone is nice, there is always fresh coffee, and you get to meet some interesting people if you venture to the community areas such as the patio and grilling area.

The only thing of note was the entrance to the property. You have to drive behind stores to gain access. Other then that, everything and everyone were very nice.

Bathroom had not been cleaned from previous guests stay.

The room was very clean and we appreciated the extra space we had with 2 rooms. It could use some updating. It seemed as if it was once an apartment building that was converted to a hotel. It could use some updating, the room wasn't very bright and the carpet had some stains.

La chambre était très propre. De plus, nous avions tout ce qu'il nous fallait. De la cuisinière aux ustensiles, chaudrons et vaisselle. Merci beaucoup. Le jeune homme à l'office m'a servie en français. Très aimable. :)

Very efficient layout. Location was perfect for me. Good selection of items for sale in the office area - including an amazing microwaveable breakfast! Issues with key card/lock on door to building. I think the chair in my unit was supposed to be a recliner but it didn’t work.
