We have stayed here many times before and it was nice to stay in an updated room, However the light for the bathroom is very difficult to find, it is behind the bathroom door. When entering the room after a long drive my husband went into the bathroom could not find the light and walked into the corner of the shower wall and cut his head quite badly. Informed staff but was told I am not the owner, I do not know what you want me to do? We stated we wanted to inform you what happened and that the light is very difficult to find. Not a great way to start a vacation.

Convenient location to Boston and Salem. Overall, the room was pleasant and remodeled. We did encounter 2 separate nights where stomping and rolling of the desk chair in the room above us went on till 2am. When notifying the front desk they insisted that there was no room above us. Would recommend for a short and reasonable priced stay.

Hotel had a weird entrance to get into the parking lot. Check in was easy , we got to park right in front of our room . Room was clean. Looked like they were updating a lot of things ,as we saw boxes of furniture outside. Had a pretty basic breakfast . Must have thin walls because we could hear people running around at night

A clean place, with parking, and above all, far from the noise.
-
The place was good if you’re not looking for anything more than a place to sleep that offers a decent breakfast at a reasonable rate. Would stay again as long as I had plans outside the hotel. Not reviewing poorly just saying not a lot to offer.

Convenient Parking right outside of the hotel room
-
Beautiful property very clean and safe highly recommend
-
Room smelt a bit like smoke, and underneath the table in the room was a mess.

Grande chambre lit très confortable

The only thing I did not like was the freezer in the fridge. I should have been cleaned out. There wasn't much variety with breakfast. However, the room was immaculate! It was beautiful. The staff was very friendly. We stayed because of a college visit and will stay again if she decides to attend school nearby.

The rooms looked freshly remodeled and were clean. However, there was Sheetrock and orher construction materials literally propped up against the walls in the hallway outside our room.
-
The check in staff was nice. The breakfast selections were just ok but had a waffle maker.
-
It was okay
-
A perfectly mid, affordable night's stay. The room was clean and there was plenty of parking.
-
While it was a little difficult to locate the hotel it was comfortable and served our needs for two nights stay.
-
Clean, quite and close to my activities

The location, cleanliness and staff. They took a deposit and it has not yet been refunded.
-
It's not very clean, however it would be okay if you don't have any other choice.

Looking for a refund and was told the manager was unavailable until 9am. Could not stay in the room due to the horrible smell of smoke and mold. Had asthma and allergy issues with in 5 min of being in the room. Such a bad experience. Just want my money back, we had to leave and not stay.
