Comfort Inn Danvers - Boston North Shore

Great hotel and staff! Property is very clean and updated. Close to Salem and Boston as we went for a Vacation. Overall, a great experience!

Very nice hotel

Everything was great! Nice breakfast choices, easy on and off highway, comfortable beds and lots of parking available. Zero complaints.

I liked the convenient location, the clean and comfortable room, and the friendly staff. The property was quiet and well maintained. The only thing I didn’t like was that the Wi-Fi was a bit slow. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.

Staff were rude and breakfast was over by 9am. When we accidentally went into the dining area 4 minutes after breakfast ended, the kitchen worker literally screamed at us to leave and was incredibly unhelpful in explaining that breakfast had closed.

Nice property, clean, comfortable, and quiet. Great location for visiting the North Shore.

Reserved king size bed. Boyfriend is 6’1”. When we checked in the man at desk said only 2 double beds. There is no number we can find to call directly and book through your staff. We were forced to use a 3rd party app. Even so, you take the reservation thru them, but you don’t keep it. I’m very dissatisfied and it was late at night, staff guy said the 2 double bed room was only option or stay at another hotel. Rude. Room had towels for 1 person, and bathroom set up was very small. Would like a response to this.

Everything we expected. Nice clean room ext. Less than 25 minutes from Gloster and Rockport , at about half the price

Overall, the hotel offers great value for money and is conveniently located for getting to Boston. The staff are pleasant. The breakfast is a good way to start the day.

Also I reported at check in that the sink was clogged and no one came to fix it during the stay . All over all it was simply good .

Staff was fabulous Will stay again

This is a well-run, basic hotel. The front desk staff was helpful. The breakfast was acceptable, although it was hard to find a seat on a Sunday morning. It is a little hard to find the hotel because the entrance is not well marked. Parking was fine. I thought the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Not walkable to anywhere. Decent breakfast

The hotel was clean and well maintained and Staff was friendly. It is not fancy but perfect if you just need a clean, comfortable place to sleep. Also - restaurant Magia just down the street was delicious!

Hallway was noisy at times

Hotel was clean and comfy. Staff who greeted us was very friendly and helpful. Would stay again for sure.
