The staff was very friendly

The breakfast was a bit bland. Seems like the food was microwaved and whatever was tolerable was cold.

Clean room. Convenient location.

It was a great location, near lots of options for food and shopping. Very clean and comfortable, and quiet. The FREE, hot breakfast was good. The only downside was that the clerk at checkin could use some direction on how to show more enthusiasm and interaction with his guests. This, in no way, detracted from my visit, but it's just feedback for a possible training opportunity. Overall, an outstanding value for the money!

great stop for a family trip to Disney from Texas. The breakfast was delicious

The shower rod was not quite right so the curtain did not want to spread out all the way and stay. The air worked very well and we were very comfortable on a really hot day. Breakfast was good both days. I enjoyed the make your own yogurt parfait.

We had a great experience and would stay here again for sure! The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were amazing!

There were a group of men that appeared to be part of a work team. They would sit at the tables at the pool drinking alcohol, cooking on a portable grill and making families, particularly girls the age of my niece,14, uncomfortable. We complained to the front desk and nothing was done because they were long term guests & we were only short term so obviously we didn’t matter.

It could be more nicer and maintain.

Property was clean, staff helpful and polite, our A/C unit leaked water and we carpet right around it but was not a large enough spot to cause us a problem. Staff were notified in the morning when we discovered it.

Hard bed, low toilet, outlets for usb not working

I had requested a top floor & hardly any guests staying there, the lady at the front desk refused to let us have the top floor, what I noticed she was putting everyone on the first floor. The breakfast was mediocre, sausage tasted terrible, hard boiled eggs were gray inside when I cut them open, so didn’t eat much of a breakfast. Our room was pretty much clean. Parking was good.

Was not impressed with this property. The room smelled damp/not clean and the rooms wall was 1/2 painted but not finished. We stayed 3 nights but not once dud we get fresh towels or sheets every though we had asked for clean towels. We were told to bring down the dirty towels if we wanted clean ones. We travel along and have never experienced this before.
