Best Western Plus Daphne Inn & Suites

Even though it was tucked away behind other hotels, this was the best hotel on our 4 week travels. Highly recommend it.

The kitchen employee was awesome! Clerk at check-in was not welcoming. Other desk clerks were ok. Treated as if I were an inconvenience. Had bugs in my room. Discount was NOT worth the stay.

Bed Bugs in Room 307

We were looking for somewhere not as expensive as other surrounding hotels, but still nice. WE FOUND IT!! We are from Jackson, MS and took a 4 day vacay to Mobile. This hotel is close to everything and the staff was very professional and welcoming. The breakfast is a full nice breakfast (eggs, cereal, muffins, grits, sausage and much more). I njoyed the free lemon and lime water in the lobby (so cold)! We have already booked again for another three nights!!

Room clean overall. Bathroom needed cleaning better. Staff cordial.

The room had several issues and I told the lady at the front desk, I don’t believe she even made note of it.

Air conditioning needs help in the room I was in. It could only be felt right in front of the vent. It never got really cool in the living area of the room.

Wonderful breakfast and pool area.

Room 212, overall was clean with comfortable king bed. Pillows a bit lumpy. Air conditioner was a noisier than normal. Bathroom was clean and functional, but needs updating. Toilet fine for munchkins but not for average size adult. Felt like squatting over an Asian toilet. Nuff said.

The property was well maintained. The breakfast was great. The gym was small but worked well. The pool was clean and well maintained. The staff was awesome and informative about things to do in the area.

Our bathroom had dirty towels one of our towels had red lipstick all on it, our bed had stuff in it and the closet smelled like dog.our shower drain was backed up.

Never cleaned the room after for service several times. I stay there 6day no service in the room

I property is very dated. The roof at the entrance is falling. The room that we stayed in tub was filthy, carpet was spotted and the molding was worn badly. Room service didn’t come and I had to asked the front desk for towels. Overall, I’ll never book this hotel again.
