Best Western Plus Daphne Inn & Suites

Clean room. Good breakfast. Bed was semi-comfortable. Easy parking. Most staff were nice.

Easy access while traveling

One of the better hotels in the Daphne/Spanish Fort area.

Double booked our room with another guest and after the got them removed the had already used the bathroom and towels

Not as well kept up as it could be. Hole in bathroom door from the stopper, floors dirty in room, battery in hotel room died shortly after arrival so had to get front desk to help because maintenance workers were doing housekeeping due to short staffing.

My only complaint is they did not clean the room the entire time we were there. Also very upset about Expedia charging $432 and when I got the receipt from the hotel it was under $250. It was $189 difference in rated! I want a refund! Buyer beware

Wonderful

This stay at the Beat Western was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The room smelled stale, there was a wash cloth still hanging above the shower when I checked in from a previous guest. The microwave was not clean and it was just not good. I sprayed Lysol and used bleach wipes on everything. The check in process was horrible and then they over charged my credit card twice and had it on for reoccurring charges. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone else and Hotels.com needs to take them off their website!!

Every time we are in Alabama our stay is always with Best Western Plus in Daphne.

The staff was very friendly

The breakfast was a bit bland. Seems like the food was microwaved and whatever was tolerable was cold.

Clean room. Convenient location.

It was a great location, near lots of options for food and shopping. Very clean and comfortable, and quiet. The FREE, hot breakfast was good. The only downside was that the clerk at checkin could use some direction on how to show more enthusiasm and interaction with his guests. This, in no way, detracted from my visit, but it's just feedback for a possible training opportunity. Overall, an outstanding value for the money!

great stop for a family trip to Disney from Texas. The breakfast was delicious

The shower rod was not quite right so the curtain did not want to spread out all the way and stay. The air worked very well and we were very comfortable on a really hot day. Breakfast was good both days. I enjoyed the make your own yogurt parfait.
