Reservation system is useless. I booked my room and prepaid 3 months in advance and when I arrived at 3:00 p.m. On check-in day, they stated that they gave my room away to someone that decided to extend their stay. Mind you were traveling with a child and purposely arranged to have the sweet to accommodate our family. So I was responsible and booked it in advance and chose the room that best fits my family. Nope, we got a standard room.

Great location, friendly and clean

Then there was no soap, shampoo, conditioner etc in our new room. The new room had a weird smell that just never went away.

Very friendly staff. I will return to this property because they were clean and efficient.

Our room reaked of cigarette smoke

Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. Our room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The hotel states that smoking is prohibited only on the first floor, so we specifically requested a room there. However, we were assigned a room on the fourth floor instead. Had we known that smoking was permitted in other areas of the hotel, we would never have booked our stay. The smell of smoke was unpleasant, and the overall atmosphere in the lobby made us feel uncomfortable, as there were several people who appeared questionable. Overall, this hotel did not meet our expectations, and we would not stay here again.

The room had more room than most hotel rooms. Nice location. Couch bed wasn’t very comfortable for my son.

Great place to stop for the night. Newer, cleaner hotel and room. Didn’t use much of the amenities but they looked nice. Breakfast was a nice typical hotel breakfast. Staff are super friendly and helpful, especially the morning crew. We always stay here on the way to/from Florida, overall highly recommend and will be back.

We loved staying here. Very nice on our trip down to Florida. The breakfast was awesome. Best hotel breakfast ever. Pet friendly for our 6lb poodle. Staff is very friendly

Super happy with staff, accomations, and breakfast! So clean and comfortable!

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Their breakfast was good with a good variety. The location is awesome with so much to do around the area.

From the staff to the property, it exceeded our expectations. We only stayed one night but they were pet friendly and that was important. The room was clean and the sheets and towels didn’t feel cheap or gross. We will definitely stay again if we are ever traveling this direction again.

Clean room and front desk staff was very nice and friendly.

Two tread mills avaliable in the fitness area and one was broken.

Parking felt very safe! The staff were beyond courteous & exceptionally helpful! Room was clean with comfortable beds!

Very clean, location was perfect. Near a lot of food places and a Publix’s. Had a shopping center across the street. They didn’t have the best breakfast choices but that wasn’t a deal breaker.
