This place was awesome. Will be going there again

It was clean and breakfast was good. Carpet in room was old.
-
Staff was very friendly. Very good rate for last minute stay. It was a bit run down and dated. Carpets were dirty. Were the carpet met tile at our bathroom door the carpet were freyed.
-
Staff was amazing Room was clean but outdated and we'll used. Shower sounded like a tea kettle when using the shower.

Location was good with easy access to a lot of things. Our reservation was for a room with a king bed, we ended up with 2 queens. The lobby smelled faintly of weed. One of the comforters on the bed had a red stain of either blood or makeup on it. My husband said the sheets or pillow case had a smell to it. The carpets did not look very clean in the room.

The breakfast was great and the staff pleasant. The room was clean, but the carpet was worn going into the bathroom, exposing the carpet strip. The bathroom door handle was loose and the the stopper for the drain on the bathtub did not work. The picture on the TV was a little dark.

This was a business trip and I just needed a clean room and a good bed. I had a great room on the third floor and a very comfortable bed. I have to compliment the nice lady who prepares the breakfast. The breakfast was hot and fresh and tasted great. Thank you. The hotel is in a remodeling phase as the pool was closed and some areas had old carpet or no carpet. However, it was not an inconvenience or problem for me. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. I was surprised with how quiet it was at night. While we were adjacent to a busy street, I never heard any noise or traffic. Overall, it was a good experience for a great price. I would recommend the hotel if all you need is a good bed and quiet location for a great price.

Knowing the lower ratings and cheaper price for this hotel, I dug into the reviews before booking my reservation. All the reviews were more about old carpets and the pool being closed which i figured I can deal with. However, once getting to the property the entire hotel distinctly smells of mildew. The pool is not only closed, but under maintenance, which I am sure where the smell is coming from. The carpets were not just old but dirty, my socks turned brown from walking on the carpets (they are brown) -- I brought slippers to avoid bare feet on the ground. The elevator inspection paperwork displayed in the elevator is from 2021 and while the bed / room was relatively clean, the walls were half painted, I still had paint tape on around my window, there was mildew / mold along the window, etc. If you need a cheap 1 night place to stay -- it is fine but if you want to stay longer, i do not recommend this property.

The room was clean but everything is fairly dated and is commensurate with the cost.

Pleasant

This place was disgusting. Cracked wall, cracked shower but the worst was getting bit by bugs within a few minutes of sitting in the room. Left and went to a different hotel & they refused to give me a refund. All around the worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel.
-
The room had spots on the carpet and smelled like smoke.
-
The room door was hard to close and the bathroom door would not close. The tv was very hard to use. The flooring in the halls and lobby was very worn out.
-
The lobby was nice and the breakfast area was spacious I waited 15 minutes to check in because rooms were not ready, despite checking after 4pm. Our room smelled musty and moldy. We had to purchase febreeze for it to be tolerable. The pool was closed for maintenance and that info was not provided. I was charged twice despite the front desk assuring me I would not be and when I addressed it they said it would be immediately refunded at check out and it was not. After breakfast when we tried to gather our things from our room before 8am our key no longer worked and despite ringing the bell no one came to the desk for 20 minutes and then the front desk staff was rude.

I think there where kids above us. Jumping of there bed. Stomping there feet tell 3:30 in the morning, Told staff, got quite the rest of the night. #2 night was better, but they stop around 11:00. #3 night had to tell staff two different times. Pretty Shure someone that was working there was living there with there kids. I come to Davenport every year for the motorcycle swap meet. Never again to this hotel. It suck + no coffee, my room coffee No ! Stell had coffee filter in it from who ever stay there last. Food in the morning ( on Saturday) didn't open a hour different than the week. + no coffee, pot was empty thur the week . What a joke.

Nothing Very outdated Dirty Room I was given had not been cleaned by housekeeping and had to go to another, but still not clean.

Our room was decent. Looks like they are doing updates on the property. Breakfast selection was limited. Staff was very accommodating 😊👍

The pool was closed for maintenance. The breakfast was very minimal for a Country Inn and they didn’t refill food quickly. The hotel is in need of repairs and a lot of updating. The room was spacious.

Pool was closed for construction. First room I went in smelled like an ashtray but Jason was a rockstar and quickly got me a new room with no issues. Well Done. Breakfast was good. Bunch of options.
