Have roaches.. bugs.. non cleaned.. poor customer service In the evening... Towels be having hair on it.. sticky like candy stuck to the towel.. it's just a no go for me

Bedbugs, dirty sheets, rude clerk, etc. Just a big NO.

When I walked in the front door it smelled like someone was smoking “pot” right there! The room was supposed to be a nonsmoking room, but it smelled like cigarette smoke. The one bed looked like someone had laid on the sheets and the pillows. The carpet was dirty and bathtub was not clean.

There’s exactly nothing to like about this property. It’s gross. It’s dirty from top to bottom. I walked in at 10:45pm was told I needed to wait until 11pm to check in because they were in the middle of a shift change. The person who took over at 11 sat in the lobby next to me for 15. The room was gross, towels were stained, ice machines didn’t work, this was the single worst stay in a hotel/motel I’ve ever had in my entire life.

Clerk was rude at check in. Room was fine but multiple knocks on my door, when asking why, said wrong room. Woke up at 3am by blue lights out the window and noise in the hall. Checked out at 4a. Stay away.

rude staff , i asked for second story room but was denied but guy behind me got a second story room rob was rude room was filthy floor sticky pubic hair on shower walls people above me stomping around all night couldnt get sleep very dangerous for someone driving across country . Room smelled like hot ass, got room next to outside door hated this place not worth five dollars. horrible horrible horrible

Everything. It needs to be torn down

The whole place smells of mold, the room must have had multiple smokers in it earlier in the day, our second room was only slightly less smoky and very much moldy. Desk clerk was very unhelpful. The owner did promise refund. Spend the extra $10 to stay somewhere else!!

Overall the room and everything else was ok. The price was high for what I recieved however.
