Would stay here again! Nice

This place has a nice hot tub. The water was hot.There was a couple of hairs left in the bathtub but otherwise was clean.

The exterior of the property looks new and well kept. Once you walk inside it’s a different story. We got there at 4:15pm, well after our 3:00pm check in time. We stood for a while at the desk while a staff person was doing some project at the desk. She got us checked in and gave us our keys. We went up to the room and it was not cleaned yet for the day. We went back down to the desk. The lady first told me there weren’t any other rooms available with the two beds we needed. A manager came over and found one. They reprogrammed our cards for a different room. We went up to the room. It was decently clean, other than a dirty sock in the corner of the room along with that corner not having been vacuumed. Even though we reserved with 4 guests, our room only had 1 washcloth in it. The breakfast provided is good. The dining room however could use a really good clean. Only one of the elevators was working the two nights we were there. I think the property could be really good. Seems like they don’t have the right people to focus on cleanliness and efficient operation of the facility.

Clean room is important

It was extremely clean, and the staff very helpful as we were just passing through the area. They gave us an excellent dinner spot, and the breakfast here was very good with a super friendly staff. Pool and Hot tub was clean and the area well kept. We will be back if in the Davenport area again!

It was everything that was expected

We were only staying for a single night but is was a comfortable stay. Comfortable bed, clean and well equipped room. Good parking.

We stayed for 2 nights. The room we were staying in had a couple minor issues and they switched us to a different room with no extra cost to us. Highly recommend!

The front desk staff was nice when we checked in. The hotel is in need of some updates and repairs. Our room was very dusty and not cleaned well. There was paper and hair on the floor in the bathroom when we arrived to the room. The carpet in the room did not seem like it had been vacuumed. It was fine for a one night stay but would not have wanted to stay longer than one night.

Our stay was good. Staff was very nice and helpful, and the room was clean, except there was a damp, musty carpet sort of smell that I'm sure wasn't helped by the overall summer humidity. Breakfast was very well appointed and attended to by the woman working there. Overall, would be back, but will hope for a fresher smelling room.

This was a perfect place to stay. It is right off of Interstate 80 an a short drive downtown to the river. The hot tub after a day driving was awesome. The bed was comfortable and pillows of two softness levels were available. I slept well. Breakfast in the morning gave many choices including cinnamon rolls, pancakes, cheese omelette and much more. I will be back on future trips to Davenport.

Ran out of bananas at breakfast. Please stock more.

Furniture in room was run down but other than that great place

Nice room and good breakfast! I wish we could have taken advantage of the hot tub but ran out of time.

Overall, a good place to stay and I'd stay there again. If you travel enough you expect maintenance issues to pop up from time to time wherever you go.
