Quality Inn & Suites Davenport near I-80

Very clean room, SUPER comfortable bed w/white linens and a comforter that doesn't hide stains (so you know it's clean!) The decor is a tad dated but that's me being nitpicky. The staff was very nice, the poor woman working the front desk had to deal with a slew of people checking in all at one time and she handled it graciously and quickly. I did not check out the pool nor the breakfast.

This is an older hotel so keep that in mind. It was very clean and did not have any bad smells. Some stuff could use updating. The front desk staff was simply amazing. We were greeted with a smile each time we came and went. The lady that checked us in upgraded us to a suite without us even mentioning it. She was the absolute best! Wish I could remember her name.

Lucky at the front desk was very warm and welcoming. Our room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was good and the bed was comfortable. Also enjoyed having two ar chairs in our room to sit in.

Our room smelled kind of musty. Otherwise it was good. The room felt small for 4 people. A bit dated but not too bad. Staff were smiling and being helpful.

This was a nice, clean motel. Nothing special but a good place to spend the night while on the road.

My stay at this property was so much better than I could've expected. Both young women who assisted at check-in and check-out were amazingly friendly and helpful! The room was perfectly clean and even smelled clean ... even the a/c was clean-smelling. The bed was extremely comfortable and clean. I woke up to breakfast offerings that were above and beyond what I could ask for at a property like this. Excellent!

Davenport is a hub despite not being a large city. The area is referred as the Quad Cities. Four communities between Iowa and Illinois along the Mississippi River. Everything and anything you need is within a short drive. For example, there are 11 Mexican restaurants in the area. I picked this particular hotel due to name recognition and proximity to I-80. Despite the dozens of hotels in the area I will stay here again.

The ice machine was inoperable, our room air conditioner fan rattled loudly. My husband had a very hard time getting to sleep.

If you value a low price and can handle outdated rooms and mostly clean, then this location may be for you. Could a couple stray hairs and old furniture and a questionable rug keep you from getting a good night’s sleep? Then spend the extra $20-50.
