I arrived home from vacation to no a/c. My dog was overheating it was almost 90 degrees in my house. They let me check into early and were so amazingly helpful and accommodating. The lady at the front desk is my hero!!!

We really liked the comfortable bed. We also really liked the workout room. The breakfast could have had more choices, but was ok.

Good customer service but place needs a lot of maintenance.

The room was very cleaned. the staff. It’s always pleasant. they offer a breakfast, but we always eat at Cracker Barrel. You can just walk there.

Strong odour throughout corridors. Air con in room noisy and floodlights outside shining straight into room. Parking ok. Very basic.

We stayed here for just one night. Basic hotel room but decent breakfast, clean and the staff is great. Michelle was the front desk clerk and she was very friendly, helpful and so sweet!

When we arrived there was a note beside a bell saying to ring it. So we rang the bell and waited about 5 min. Then rang it again and waited and again and waited. Then I called the hotel and the guy said he would be right there. We waited another 3-5 min. The room was clean but smelled like cigarettes. The beds were supposed to be 2 queens and they were full sized. The room was so hot it took the air conditioner the entire first night to get it cooled down. The breakfast was okay but there wasn't enough seating and no one was keeping the tables clean between guests. The trash was also overflowing. The halls were extremely hot. My husband had to open the door to get from the stairs to the check in because it was stuck and I couldn't get it to budge. The bathroom and beds were clean.

The woman who signed us in was definitely embarrassed by all the problems at check in, but the young man in charge of the hotel that night( wearing a worn out 7 up T-shirt) didn't really seem bothered by the diarrhea filled toilet in room one. I suspect the housekeeper was a family member. Lesson learned at staying here.

Room was clean, bed very comfortable. staff was great. Hotel a little dated, but not real bad

When we arrived the drive up had water leaking from the top of it and looked like pieces were falling down had to go back cause keys did not work. When we got in room bathroom shower rod and curtain was rusted out and holes in the wall where towel holder was supposed to be. Tried to use tv but had to spend 20 hooking it back up cause all cords were unplugged. Tv was very dirty and dusty. Looks like it was not cleaned behind for quite some time. Shower has a hole in it. Room just felt very unclean and a weird Oder to it. I kno it’s a budget hotel but this was not very good

Just ok

Personal very nice but the property needs attention, by entrance you can see the roof lights broken, ugly garden in front, when you enter to the lobby smells like farm house ( weird smell) the curtains bar in the shower with lot of oxidation, the two water dispensers in lobby looks dirty and not drinkable, the only nice experience was with the staff attention, I know is low budget staying place, but there’s a lot of hotels close by with better conditions, why you guys can’t be same or better? In this area 95% are looking for good experience 5% looking for prices. Just my advice.
