Staff walked in on my girlfriend undressed before checkout time and proceeded to discuss it with other staff. Disgusting. Stay away from this property if you don’t want perverts creeping on you.

Not much. Was given wrong room with nothing being done to make it right.

Was not kept up well and the cleanliness was lacking.

Bed was higher at the foot and was appreciable lower in the middle. We both rolled down into the middle all night. No rugs or carpets made the floors cold. The AC was set at 60 when we went in. No extra blanket was available. There were only tiny pillows on the bed.

it was a good hotel ans parking was adequate

Room was beautiful, though dated a bit. Coffee in room was not very good. Don’t know if it was the brand or the water. Parking was great and to be able to take our pup with us was a bonus!

The room was clean but very noisy. Not only road noise but other guests and a dog made noise after midnight. A dog was barking at 3 am. We heard pounding on the door close to ours and raised voices waking us up. At 4:15, an alarm beep could be heard through the wall--it either timed out after running a lengthy cycle or finally was turned off. The rear entry door would not close without concerted effort. Every time we went out it was not closed creating a security risk.

The room was okay. The staff was very hard to understand. When I requested a refill of soap and toilet paper, it never came. Not our best experience with Best Western Plus.

The location was the best part of the hotel. The air-conditioning in our room wouldn’t cool our room down. And there were bugs in our room crawling around. We were also supposed to have a Jacuzzi in our room and when we got there, they put us in a room without one and when I questioned it, they argued with us and just kept trying to act like we were dumb. They also would not let us switch rooms because of how dirty ours was.

Nice hotel and service good

Rooms are dated but comfortable. Reasonably priced. Staff was pleasant.

The only negative about this place is that it still has not found a partner to run their restaurant and bar. You have to find one in the area which means a drive to another part of town.

Close to where we needed to be for an event Paid extra for a room with king bed and spa tub. The tub/shower walls were dirty which resulted in not using it. Floors in room could have been cleaner. An update on carpet is definitely needed as it bunched up in areas and looked dirty/discolored in other areas. Water damage on ceiling leaving gross looking brown spots to look at while in bed. Toilet seat barley attached, when you sat down it moved and felt like it was going to come off completely. The foot stool to the chair was missing a leg. Dead bugs in the window sills of rooms when we walked the hall to check out.

We wanted to use a table out by the pool and they were all mess with something sticky. I went to the front desk to ask for a wet towel or something to clean the table the lady at the desk came out with a dry towel and wiped the table it did not clean the sticky off. She said the house keeper was on leave. So at this motel if someone is out they just don’t clean.

The hotels is very dirty and not taken care of. They tried to hide things that need to be fixed. The wall paper was falling off the walls in places. Our refrigerator had mold in it.

Breakfast was nice. Did not care for the $50 damage deposit.

This property appears abandoned. Very few guests weee there on a busy holiday. Amenities like the pool and restaurant were closed and the rooms, although clean, were sparse. It appears that there is little investment in the property and poorly managed. For the price of a room, over $100 you can do better elsewhere and have a better experience. We were traveling with a service dog and were questioned heavily about it by the rude desk lady when we checked in. Not appropriate or legal. We are passing this property by next time.
