Clean room, staff very friendly, parking available!

Hotel was not as expected. Outdated, not clean and shady area. Would not return nor recommend.

The breakfast was decent but the muffin container had smudge marks/finger marks all over it. The entry doors needed to be cleaned and adjusted as they did not close so anyone could have walked in. The room was large enough and the bed was comfortable but the pillows were old and small. The shower had a nice stream of hot water but didn’t have the usual shampoo/conditioner/shower gel containers in it but they were on the counter.

The first room we had smelled like mold and their was mold on the walls

We had a short visit overnight while traveling and slept well.

Positives: Helpful respectful staff. Allowed me to get a hour later on check out. The toilet had hair on it still when I got there and mini fridge looked aged as well as the tub/shower. I got the room king suite with the jacuzzi tub thinking it would be in the room. the pictures shown was not what was in the room. So that was an up-charge I wouldn’t have paid for knowing that. I’d say it was a 6/10 it did its job for the price.

The elevator smelled and the walls were hot and humid and breakfast was okay

For the price, it wasn't great, but not bad. The room was a very nice size, but I did not find the king sized bed or pillows comfortable. I was excited about the idea of the jetted tub, but it has such a high step to get in it and the tub is so slippery that it felt like a safety hazard and I chose not to use it. Also, the elevator is super far from the lobby so if you can get a first floor room, you should.

Late night check in went awful. We were nervous to even stay. Very sketchy and uncomfortable.

The staff is extremely polite, helpful and curtious. They handled my packages perfectly, had no problem extending my reservation, helpful w another hotel taking advantage of my card on file and how best to handle the problem from a guest perspective. There were no undesirables running around the hotel and parking lot, unlike some of the hotels nearby. I felt safe. The towels are a little worn, and dingy but clean. Pool was quiet and clean. Courtyard was getting some landscaping maintenance when I was checking out. Very very very nice stay. Thank you.

Facilities dated and maintenance delayed

The hotel is out of the way, not filled w undesirables, brand new ice machine which didn't have mold like other places, toilet paper could be upgraded as well as the towels are dingy (but I brought my own). I extended my stay by a couple of days and in the future I will be returning home and staying here again. No staff talking about me, or insulting me (unlike the double tree Hilton downtown Davenport). Very professional.

The sheets are dirty but the other it’s ok

We reserved a king suite with jacuzzi. The floor had crumbs all over it so it clearly had not been cleaned. The sofa and room smelled like cat urine and the jacuzzi wasn't working properly. We never stayed due to the terrible room they tried to put us in.

The single most reason that I go to a hotel is to sleep and I have a very hard time falling asleep and staying asleep. I was delighted to sleep great all through the night. Every thing was very comfortable and in place. The temperature was comfortable and everything smelled good. Breakfast was also very satisfying.

Room was clean, but dark drury. Breakfast really sucked was not fresh I know they want go cheap but at least they can make the food look presentable .The dining room and the lobby was just as dark , it’s like walking into a dungeon

When i pulled in, it looked like it was closed. Grounds were not well maintained. Weeds in beds and dead trees as well. Amenities were broken and pool looked dirty and cloudy. I paid more for the in room jet tub and it was broken. Was told sorry. No offer to rectify the issue. Rooms and hallway was really clean. Rather disappointed in my stay here.
