Extended Stay America Select Suites - Fort Lauderdale - Airport - West

Was so dirty . Un cleaned restroom. Coakcraches . I didnt stay .

Great and clean rooms

Basically unable to reach somebody at the front desk unless repeated attempts at contacting customer service number. Had to watch movies on my phone due to TV not workings properly. Multiple small roaches creeping around. I’m from Florida and not much of a complainer but after hours of driving and wanting to simply relax, small things feel like a big deal.

It was comfortable

It was a pleasure staying there my wife and I also my mother spend nine day's there, the property is very clean inside and out indeed quiet it feel like I was at home in my back yard... Keep up the excellent work ?? It's nothing I didn't like everything was excellent.

I killed three Roaches in the room, The Sheets were not clean, I called the guys at desk and got no response. The Front desk was locked down after 11.

The rooms are awesome and the beds are lovely! I never have an issue with this hotel. I really want to give Greg! A big thanks with my check in everything goes smooth and a timely manner!.

Ms.Asia always helpful and wonderful and really know her craft in the work field.

Everything!

My stay was great 😊 nice and clean very professional

Bathroom toilet not clean! Bathroom floors coming up! You can everyone that walks in the hall and their conversation. Tv not working! Fridge was stained

My stay here was amazing everything was amazing 😊

good

I didn’t feel safe in the elevator.

Absolutely nothing good to say about them. I showed up at the hotel. And I was told they didn't have no room for 3 adults ?. And they can't afford to accommodate me, and I need to cancel thru booking. After I pay for the accommodation and show up no space for me

I will not recommend this place to anyone, I didn’t even stay. The two nights that I booked. The floors were sticky. The room was terrible. No customer service in the front. I couldn’t even find an employee. to check out because I could not stay there that night. The sink was physically broken as well as not functioning. Stewardess were rude, dirty, and obnoxious.

Ok

I always come to this location never once they dissatisfied me! Always friendly and great with a smile and polite!
