The customer service was great. I had to keep going to the front office for room keys and at one point the main key the office had wouldn't even work. I had to ask that the room be changed. I should have been given some other type of accommodations for the inconvenience.

Room was not decent it was mold in room

I don't think it's right that they say they serve breakfast when all they have is hot water, coffee, tea bags, oatmeal, and cupcakes. There aren't even any chairs or tables to eat at. They just put one table in front of the counter.

No coffee pot in the room

Would not stay again. Bad property to put your name on it.

Prepare to wait another 2 hours after check in time with the staff telling u to go bac online n just cancel it after u paid full price for ur full time …smh

The stove did not work. The bathtub was rusted. The entry door did not shut, you had to slam it hard to close. Would not recommend.

NOTHING! It looks horrible inside. I canceled and was still charged for a full 4 days. It looks so Nasty in there. I rather sleep on the streets.

Roaches and the ac broke

Nothing was unique about this property, kinda looks ran down. Rooms are not the best, younger girl staff working the front desk was Rude and none helpful, the ok and kitchen had the small infested roaches and I didn’t even inquire about a breakfast. Definitely on the scale of a Motel and not Hotel.

Toilet didn't work the first day. I booked for three nights only spent a few hours on my first day. Had to get a new hotel. The room need to be updated that's stovetops cabinets tubs, floors everything

Filthy, water dripping from the room ceiling with towels on the floor, next room was damp, musty odor, TONS of air freshener to try and mask the odor.

I could smell the bleach in the sheets, thats the ONLY positive thing I would say It smelled of old mildew, the pictures on this app dont do it justice. The tub was rusted and peeling. There was mouse feces in the bathroom floor, the so called kitchen on suite was old rusted appliances I wouldnt even use the oven part as old and rusted it was could have easily caught on fire possibly. This was by far the WORST hotel I've ever been in. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
