Excellent property. Only thing missing was a safe in the room.

Very close to the Broward Mall. The area was very quiet. 24 hr coffee station was amazing! The tv in the room was very big!

I stayed for nights and my room was not serviced.

Loved the location to The Fountains mall, Broward Mall and walking distance to target. The ease of being able to catch public transportation to get to sawgrass mall and Walmart. Free breakfast was definitely a plus... stayed on the 4th floor and an elevator was always available never had to wait long... the guest laundry was also on that floor so was easy to check when clothes was finished washed...

Good place to stay pre-cruise. Close to many restaurants and the Broward Mall.

on arrival, the welcome was warm from the front desk. Check in was smooth. Only downside is we found out after that you can't get hilton loyalty points booking through Expedia. So that was bummer. Breakfast was standard, room was clean but a little beat up. A little stain on the curtain above the ac. The shower curtain was torn by the hooking mechanism. Beds were comfy but the pillows were a little bed so better to stack them. Room service was every other day , no issues there. The only downside to the trip was in package collection from the front desk. First occasion it was smooth, just sign on the sheet. Second time the same. However, on one occasion, the front desk told us we had to come back as she could not locate the package sign off sheet from the previous shift. Understandable that delays occur but her attitude was definitely off-putting. Will stay at another location my next visit.

The staff was very welcoming and warm and tried to assist where they could have when possible. The environment very tidy and clean.

My stay at Hampton Inn was amazing from checking in to having breakfast was very good my first room had an A/C problem I was given another room immediately I'm so sad I did not get any names but all an all the I would give a 10 cheers to all especially the front desk manager I assumed forgive me for describing her as the Indian looking beautiful lady.CHEERS!!!

Renovations were nicely done

Always a great stay at Hampton. The Front desk agents are phenomenal the know me by my first n last name and that speaks volumes. The property is very nice n renovated

No maids came and clean the room for my entire stay.

Loved the breakfast and staff

The location is good, depending on where you want to go and the area is safety.

We had to switch rooms in the night because the a/c unit wasnt working properly, very dull drab lighting, cement hard bed was very uncomfortable and caused my back to ne a bit stiff feeling. Just wasnt what I expected from Hampton Inn, Ill never book another Hampton Hotel. Garbage rooms that were outdated and screaming for renovation. This hotel sucked.

I loved everything except the 'desk' in the room. It held only my computer, not even my mouse; I had that on my chair. It worked, but I was disappointed that it wasn't an actual desk. Considering the room, I'm not sure where they'd place a larger desk. They do offer private areas-The Dolphin and one other one but you have to rent them. ANOTHER thing I loved. They have really comfortable sofas in their dining room and each sofa has a 110 outlet. That's cool!
