Hampton Inn Ft Lauderdale-Plantation

It was very clean and comfortable! Staff was cool and polite! Breakfast was standard continental and very good! Rooms were quiet and nice! Nothing at all!

The room was clean and cozy had everything I needed there. They had a good functional gym and a pool for other fitness.

Nice location near shops and restaurants. Rooms are getting run down and need a deep clean. Staff were effective but not overly friendly.

The room was exceptionally ean and comfortable. The staff were super helpful and friendly. I love the different varieties of the breakfast everyday, not like the same boring breakfast like other hotels.

Always a pleasure staying there

The bathroom door was jammed every single time I tried to open it—it felt like there were literally a ton of bricks on the other side. The toilet also didn’t flush properly, and I had to flush it multiple times just to get everything cleared. The water was never hot, even though I had it turned all the way to the hottest setting. What made the experience even worse was the lack of concern from the staff. Whenever I brought up my complaints about the room, I honestly felt like they just stared at me rather than trying to help or resolve the issues. I always thought Hampton Inn was a reliable hotel brand, but after this experience, I would think twice before staying at another one. Very disappointing and definitely not the experience I expected.

I had one problem with this hotel the alarm keep going off the fire alarm wake us up in the morning and when I call the staff, it was like oh don’t worry about it
