Hampton Inn Ft Lauderdale-Plantation

Room and property was clean, staff was helpful. I loved the location as it was walking distance from Broward Mall, Target and the Fountains Mall. Breakfast surprised me with the options to choose from but the star of the show was the waffles, I had them every morning during my stay.

The one morning we were hoping to sleep in, we were woken up at 7:00 am to chainsaw and jackhammer! Hotel manager was to give us money towards another stay; however, I never received this.

Staffs was really friendly and helpful service top tier

Check in was quick and lobby was clean but the sheet in the room were dirty. I stayed only one night so i took off the sheet but it was a bad experience just thinking they dont change the sheets.

The was clean very limited with the towels, staff will not accommodate you when asked if room can be change . The room I was put in full of misquotes and insects crawling in the bathroom.

Usually stay at this hotel as its location and facilities are adequate for my needs but on this occasion I felt as if it fell short of my usual expectations. This may have been due to the overwhelming number of guests on site due to the current world cup in the US. We had trouble with the toilet and bath nor functioning optimally. Breakfast was lacking..not refilled so minimal choices. I would give 6 /10

Clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast and outdoor pool area was very pretty and clean as well.

The toilets did not flush. The bathtubs were clogged. Everything is dated. There was a dripping sound in the room all night. It was impossible to sleep worst stay of my life.

The lady at the front desk didn’t want to be there, so customer service was terrible. She had an attitude, didn’t want to help.

Overall experience was good staying at the hotel. I found inside the hotel was cold and the breakfast as disappointing which the food is dry and limited healthy food options. The vending machine for water is located in the lobby and not on each floor.
