La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Plantation at SW 6th St

The room was nice. The ac was not blowing until we called down to have the front desk turn it on which was an inconvenience when it’s hot outside and you have to wait for the room to cool down. Also, the ac was turned off before the checkout time which wasn’t nice but I guess. I try to make sure we have everything when leaving but doing that in an eaten room does not help. The beds were full-size instead of queen. But the breakfast was really good. They also made sure it was on going and it was fresh.

The staff was friendly and courteous. The grounds were clean at all times. The coffee was always hot available! LaQuinta is one of my favorites wherever I go and this location did not disappoint!

Overall experience was good. Would appreciate better couches and roll out bed. Wifi limitations to 3 devices per room, very frustrating.

Breakfast is standard and simple. Enough parking space

Property was clean. Rooms were ok. Toilet ran the entire night. Check in went really smooth. Check out had me waiting 10 min or so as she did other things.

The best part of this hotel is its location. It is literally close to stores and restaurants. However, a better variety and daily changes are needed with the complimentary breakfast. It was literally the same foods every morning. Plus, they were out of most things to compliment the foods presented.

The hotel was supposed to be smoke-free, but unfortunately, it wasn’t. When we checked in, the weed smoke smell was overpowering in our room.

The staff was pleasant and always with a smile I like the fact that the rooms had no smoke scent in it and the environment was clean

Hallway carpets were dirty and smells like urine and marijuana. Rooms and bathrooms are not kept. The bathroom was obviously in need of maintenance and all the manager talked about was having all the rooms booked. Elevator sounding like any minute it would break and from you enter the hotel the smell was not pleasant.

The room was put in had a crack sink leaking right through the floor. The bathroom is dirty and all they can do is refund me $28 off of $113 which is stupid. I would never book this place again.

This hotel was extremely disappointing. The bathroom was dirty when I checked in, and there was toilet paper on the floor. During my four-day stay, I asked the front desk three times to have my room cleaned and the trash removed, but no one ever showed up. The lack of cleanliness and customer service was unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
