Charged me twice for a hotel room

great location near airport and amenities, staff were friendly and courteous, rooms were clean and breakfast was great .... the elevator was a bit scary to ride in, lots of clunks and jerky but the stairs were easily accessible if you didn't feel comfortable riding in it.

Staff were great, the breakfast is very basic. Clearly on a tighter budget. Rooms were a little run down.

Cons: Bathroom sink not draining upon arrival. Microwave plate didn’t turn. Right side of living room curtains off the hooks. Breakfast milk in a gallon container expired. Toilet made a gurgling noise during the night. (Toilet noise lower with bathroom door shut)

No fue una buena experiencia ya que me cambiaron de habitación 2 veces porque el aire no servía el hotel tiene un poco de mal olor y el desayuno no es bueno como tal

The elevator and hallway in the lobby always smelled like urine and dirty mop water. The staff would spray instead of getting fresh mop water and some cleanser. The complementary breakfast was piss poor and very limited. The hotel’s proximity to amenities is great such as the mall, restaurants, parks, and a major highway.

Checking in and out was so easy! I would definitely recommend! I will be staying again in the future!

This place is dirty and has bugs . The staff yells in the hallway , I was told I couldn’t speak to a manager or supervisor unless I email them . Our room had growth in the fan , the floors were dirty , the 3rd floor smelled of weed which this was supposed to be a non-smoking hote. We let the staff know I wasn’t feeling well and they did let us check in sooner but the experience was 0/10 as the staff members screaming while I was trying to rest was more than enough chaos . Oh and the fruit they had out at breakfast hand mold on it. And I’m not talking about the wax on apples. I’m talking about the oranges that had mold on them and I took photos. I tried to ask to speak to manager, and I was denied the ability to do that. I was also told you could directly call the front desk and you cannot.

El desayuno terrible. Ellos debería. Saber cuántas personas tienen hospedadas la proteína se acababa y uno pedía y se tardaban demasiado para resolver y esto fue todos los días. El personal de la cocina con el teléfono en la mano en todo momentos.

I been satisfied special I left my personal pillow and to notice that I left the pillow 9 hours later and came back to the hotel to see if by anyhow the cleaning crew from morning shift they find and kept it incase I came back to claimed and I did the rep from the front desk found it they are honest employees special the cleaning staff

Found roaches 2 in the room Bleach stain in the rugs

The staff at this wonderful hotel provided the best customer service I've ever received from a hotel. They were always extremely pleasant and super helpful. There were no complaints from me or my family we liked everything about this hotel.
