Location, cleanliness as well as friendly staff. No microwave in room

Entire hotel is super clean smells really good. Staff extremely friendly. Breakfast wide range of items. We are definitely coming back here now and no longer looking for anywhere else. Great job Hyattt this that cleanliness good smell friendly staff is super exceptional

Close to everything

The property was nice. The shower was excellent and beds were comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was exceptional and catered to all. I would recommend this stay to others.

Breakfast was decent. My only complaint about the staff is that when we came in on our last night around 9:30pm, we stopped at the front desk to request extra towels but no one was there for over 5 minutes. I felt a breach in my safety because the doors were still open to the public so anyone could have walked in. The receptionist came to the front after about 5 minutes of us waiting (I have no clue how long it had been prior to our arrival) pushing a cart so he was likely handling business elsewhere. However, that doesn’t excuse the fact that no one was managing the lobby/front.

Exceptional

The access to free ride, within the Plantation area. I love it! It was so convenient and easy to use. Just please Hyatt allow the hard boiled eggs to be peeled and heated without, it cold and hard. Thank you.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean and smelt great. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Our AC was leaking water in our room

Staff was accommodating and tried to assist with all requests. Thanks to Rita, Lurline,Vincent et al Location was good. Close to mall and conveniences. J Alexander restaurant is a must visit Renovations underway and understandably things were not at the usual. However the site should have informed before that this was the case. As bookings were made assuming what was advertised was what would have been received. No full gym...only a peleton and few free weights. There had been an arrangement to use a nearby gym but this was discontinued before our stay. One washing machine...for the entire hotel... clothes were dried at no cost by the hotel staff but less than ideal with respect to privacy and definitely not convenient. Room had to be changed as wifi was only available at the door of the room and close to same. Rooms were well appointed but door handles , light fixture, ( bathroom) could use some attention.
