Room was terrible; I found a needle on the mattress.; very dangerous!! that telling me housekeeping not changing the sheets.

My family and I always stay at this location for annual trips to Ft Lauderdale. Staff are pleasant, rooms are clean and beds are comfortable!

The room was clean. The breaakfast area was messy. The bathroom shower area was small and was hard to get in and close the door.. The pool was dirty. The staff was very nice….

The room was pretty clean and nice but the overall hotel appearance wasn’t what I’m used to when it comes to Hyatt. They did inform me they start renovations Aug 1 so that’s good. The breakfast was basic powder eggs/ typical continental breakfast. Maybe with renovations they’ll be putting in an actual kitchen and they’ll be able to cook real eggs.

Once you enter those doors the hotel always smelled clean and fresh, the restroom that same, extremely clean and smelled good!

This was a nice day. It was close by the mall, very private and very quiet.
