Nice place. I’ve visited it many times. Spacious rooms, clean and comfortable. For the price this time was ok. Sometimes they rise it up too much but still keep being one of my preferable places to stay. Thanks

In comparison to our last visit, our stay was not as pleasant. We found the room to be musty and the rug more soiled than expected.

We came in for a concert in Hollywood, so was just there one night and the staff was nice but it took forever to check in because the rooms were still even cleaned at 5:30pm and we sadly had a concert to get to so it made us late. The room wa spacious. We needed extra bedding for the pull out but the front desk couldn’t leave so I had to go down and get it at midnight. The pull out was terrible, do not recommend it. The room was old so it wasn’t amazing but it was good for the night. Breakfast in the AM was terrible so don’t expect much.

I arrived around 10 minutes after midnight. I was told by a very rude staff members, that my reservation was counted as a no show and they would keep the prepay amount. I was not even allowed to stay the 2nd night. The staff members did this with glee and was laughing. Exceptionally rude obnoxious staff. Beyond terrible place!

Check-in was easy and parking is easily accessible. Staff was friendly and helpful. Property and room is very clean and a good breakfast selection. And it's close to everything you may need for your stay, including a grocery store and restaurants within a 2-minute walk from the property and a major shopping mall 5-8 minute drive away.

The daily breakfast was quite good with a decent variety (except the pancake machine was broken the entire week we were there).

Breakfast was thin. Bagels were the size of dollar coin. Different sizes bagel? No cold drinks besides juice. No water No ice tea No sodas

As a woman traveling solo, I felt safe at all times, which was a huge plus! My only real complaint was the noise. The walls seem to be fairly thin, so I could hear people in the hallway and neighboring rooms loudly and more frequently than expected. The hotel is also pet-friendly, which wasn't an issue in terms of cleanliness or odors, but dogs did bark consistently throughout the day and night. (There was a particularly talkative German Shepard during my stay) The complimentary breakfast was also pretty underwhelming. It wasn't bad, but I'd rate it around a 5/10. There were enough options to grab something quick before heading out, but I wouldn't plan on it being a highlight of your stay. Overall, if you're a light sleeper, I'd recommend bringing earplugs or a white noise machine. Otherwise, I found the hotel to be clean, comfortable, safe, and well worth considering, especially if you're traveling solo.

Breakfast area was clean, the food fresh and stocked also parking was not an issue.
