Courtyard® by Marriott® Fort Lauderdale City of Plantation

Estuve varios dias a finales de julio por un asunto familiar. El personal fue atento, el hotel sumamente limpio y en buenas condiciones. Además, aunque en la Florida siempre es útil alquilar carro, el hotel esta sumamente cerca de restaurantes y accesible al turnpike. Muy recomendado.

They just implemented a $10.00 a day for parking so I don’t think I will be staying at Courtyard Marriott in the future.parking should be included with your reservation.

I didn't like being charged $10 per day for parking

The late night staff was wonderful.

The room was big and comfortable but the matresses looked like water beds. They need to be replaced. And the room was full of ants everywhere, even in the beds. Staff had to come at 1 am to change sheets and fumigate since there wasn't another room to change.

Need to have complimentary breakfast!! Rooms need to be cleaned every day! Night staffs at front desk can be rude at times. Need to be more professional!

I had just a couple of issues with the room

The room we checked into has red ants near the sink. Being in FL and being in peak summer I let it slide and washed them off and continued. Then I went to call the front desk for water bottles and I noticed there were ants around the phone and soon I noticed them around the night stand. At this point, I was beginning to get uneasy a little bit. I contacted the front desk and she was super sweet and apologetic and immediately switched the room for us. If it were not for that employee, I would have probably been very upset, but her super nice gesture made me feel welcome and appreciated for my business.

The staff was polite and the stay amazing.

Staff was very rude , they charge for parking and the pet cleaning fee is absolutely ridiculous breakfast isn't free I found a cockroach in the bathroom

Highly convenient. Has the basics needed

My son and I stayed at this location due to proximity to the arena for a concert. This hotel was perfect. Safe. Clean. Close to anything you could want. Would stay here again for sure.

We stayed for two nights and it was great! Beautiful pool, nice room, and very friendly staff. Roderick was warm and welcoming, so glad he helped us during our stay. There are a lot of walkable stores and restaurants nearby. I would recommend staying here!

The breakfast choices was a disappointment. Nothing to the liking. Also prices were too expensive. We decided to eat elsewhere. Also front desk upon checking said we can have a balcony room,but 30 seconds later said not available. Was also directed to wrong part of building to park. The room was clean though and porter very helpful.

Great location for what we needed and at a good price. Every amenity catered for and staff friendly and helpful.

Great stay as usual 😊

We got in from having a stressful morning and Natasha at the front desk was very welcoming. She set the tone for our entire stay .
