Staff at check in was so nice. She made check in easy and quick.

the breakfast used to be complimentary but now for a charge. the front desk staff not so trained and well informed/educated with their new computer software system. almost 30 min to check in. my room was prepaid yet i got charged again for the 2 night stay. after clarifying the details upon checking out, the $40 credit card hold was never mentioned, nor the $10/night/day, upon check in. 3 different people could not explain nor confirm the final charges. this is the second time we used this hotel, and it will be our last. now comes the fun part of calling the hotel on a weekday to speak to management and accounting to have the charges reversed and reaching out to the credit card company to dispute the charges.

It seemed new and fresh Wish breakfast was included. I like the complimentary coffee but there wasn’t an option for tea or decaf coffee.

When I arrived to check in, I was greeted with the biggest smile from Natasha, who assisted me so wonderfully. She was so friendly and welcoming that I honestly didn’t want to leave the front desk because I enjoyed talking with her so much! Even with our conversation, the check-in process was quick and seamless. Natasha was truly the best throughout my entire stay. I would also like to give a special shout-out to Rodrigues at the front desk and Daniela from housekeeping. Daniela is such a bubbly and joyful person! Their warmth, positive energy, and excitement really added something special to the atmosphere of the hotel. Thank you all for making my stay such a wonderful experience. I’ll definitely be back!

This place was one of the worst places I’ve ever been in. Housekeeping didn’t com to change the sheet since I’ve been there. I stood there for three days. They also charge me for Parking. $10 per day even customer service was horrible poor Management never again
