Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ft. Lauderdale Airport West by IHG

We had a cockroach in our bathroom when we were getting ready for bed. Just gave us the willies!

Everything was top tier and very relaxing

Convenient location and great parking option. I had a package be delivered there. I was made aware it arrived. There was a new employee working there and he had no clue where it was, nor a phone number to contact the manager for the branch to assist him. We were going to a dinner to propose and because the wmployee had no idea on how to give me my package i had to postpone until his relief came. Really disappointed by even allowing an employee who doesnt know the ropes to be on a shift by himself knowing you offer a Service 24/7. Really missed out on something good man.

The free parking and continental breakfast was a plus.

Excelente hotel

Exceptional

Everything was wonder and the price was affordable and the location is great.

Love the clean room, willing and helpful staff in the kitchen especially, and those cleaning the rooms. Front desk staff especially Ahanaf, an exceptional individual extremely helpful. See you all soon.

Los recomiendo, reserve a ultima hora y todo estuvo muy bien

Staff

The room was just ok. Breakfast staff made everyone leave the eating area exactly at 10a sharp, not a minute over. We had to take our food to the lobby area. Very annoying.

Wonderful stay! Only one night but room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great! I always choose Holiday Inn Express when I can.

Great free breakfast and staff were very helpful. Clean rooms and next door to a WaWa and to a waffle house and walking distance to a Wendy’s.

All was good but no parking

Right next to Wawa share same parking lot very convenient location

This is a strange hotel. The lobby isn’t really a lobby it’s very cramped and a hodge piece of furniture around. I believe the owners may run the hotel and when breakfast ended at 9:30 they kicked everyone out of the breakfast area. You couldn’t stay and finish your breakfast. They literally shooed everyone out and said it’s 9:30, then locked the dining room up. There was between 15-20 people in the dining room and people had to take their food to their room and there was an elevator line with people and their food in hand. Breakfast was subpar for a Holiday inn. Rooms were clean though. Facilities are nil. I won’t be returning for sure.

Excellent value for the money. Very clean and quiet. Decent breakfast. I'll stay here again in the future.

The staff very understanding and accommodating when I couldn’t make it on time due to airline delay. They held my room for me.

Shall have a late checkout for free to 1 pm
