Shower never got warm. Sink was broken. Dirt stains all over walls. Always smelled like weed. Loud throughout the night.

The rooms were dirty!

The place was over booked so I showed up at the last minute since it was graduation weekend. They opened a room for me that was originally closed for some reason. Ten minutes car ride from campus. Worth the good price we paid. Starbucks close by. Onsite parking. Felt safe. Lots of local residents here it seemed. But the staff were very accommodating and got us a room. Thank you 🙏

Seems like families live here full time. Everyone was nice but there was screaming and so so many children running around. Not a lot of parking either

Because there was no other place to stay we had to stay in a 1 bed room and share it between the 4 of us. The room, towels, and bedsheets were not clean at all and when asked for a clean set of sheets and towels got a set that was just as dirty if not more than the last. There were many bugs in the room, and the walls and surfaces were all extremely dirty.

I made a reservation for two rooms with two beds each, at arrival I found out that there was only one room available, this room did not have a tv as advertised, beds were in very bad shape, saw cockroaches in my room, and until now I have not received my refund for the room that I have paid at the time of my reservation which it was not available, booking.com still waiting for the response about the refund.

I did not like ANYTHING! The pictures were deceiving. It reeked of cigarette and urine. The beds were extremely uncomfortable practically like the floor. The sheets had cigarette burns. And to make matters worse there were roaches.

Room looked like a 3rd world country version of a hotel. Lost power at 10pm. Never returned. No hot water. Nobdy around to report problems to. Miserable place. Expedia should immediately remove from their database.

do not reserve this property we drive from LA to Sacremento and the place was sold out, I have to cal to hotels.com and ask for money i have to buck another hotel in last minute.

Nothing, the smell was bad, service was bad, booking experience was atrocious, etc. A lot of extended stay, community was smoker and smelled, etc.

There were roaches in the room. I counted 13, there could've been more

Every where there is smell of Pee and Weed specially in evening. People are making noise all the time and talking loud etc. I will never ask any family to live in such a place.

I wish there were provided shampoo/conditioner.

The room was not well cleaned. Not free smoking, the environment was dirty .

I will check the reviews next time. I was in a hurry. It was one of the less expensive places to stay, but you get what you pay for. They need pest control. They have roaches and lots of other little flying bugs that I've never seen before. The place reeks of cigarettes. People live there and some were having a party on a Wednesday night. The air condition unit kept turning on and off. The small refrigerator had sticky stuff all over the top of it. The bed covers needs to be replaced. They had multiple cigarette burns and stains. Also the bed covers had other people's hair on it. I didn't notice any bed bugs, but I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

First of all, there are a ton of long term tenants that are loud, dirty, and party through the wee hours of the night. Screaming children at 1am, junk and trash all over the property, you know all the fun stuff. Then we get into our room & it reeks of cigarettes (surprise surprise) I should have read the reviews before booking. And it smelled of mold. Dead cockroaches on the floor. But wait! Live ones too! In fact I woke up at 4am to one crawling on me. I had just driven 7 hours and just needed a place to sleep but a dumpster would have been better.

All good, just a little crowded..

Room smells like piss and cigs. Homeless are living here.

This place is disgusting.
