Everything was fine for the price, but the noise coming from other rooms was pretty loud.

Clean Room and good breakfast
-
It’s a good hotel for solo stays and if you want breakfast, just buy something from a restaurant.
-
Skip minimal breakfast, coffee just to get you going Older place, simple, clean. Good for a night passing through
-
Continental breakfast was not worth it.
-
The place was really clean and everyone was nice , however , the breakfast wasn’t continental as advertised . It was more so like a snack bar . I ran into a lot other guest who also complained as it was advertised as a continental breakfast and we didn’t plan ahead of time. It’s just a snack bar , plan ahead to buy breakfast somewhere else .

Good location for trips between Davis and Sacramento. The continental, grab and go breakfast served very minimal items. I was told the pool was open from 9am-9pm, but didn’t open until 10am. Check in was interface with someone through a kiosk, but someone was at the front desk at night.

Whatever you do, do not fall for the pictures or reviews of this hotel. In my opinion it should be shut down. We literally checked in, spent maybe 10 minutes in the room, then grabbed our things and put them back in our car, and let the front desk know we wanted a refund and we were checking out. They do not have an elevator, so I have no idea how they are able to not be ADA compatible. The whole hotel looks rundown except the lobby. We got in the room to find it looking unclean and the linens unwashed. We found 5-10 ants randomly, spiders, what looked to be unwashed bedding. Hair in the beds and bathroom sink. Just a nasty and unkept property. Probably more like a 1 to 2 star motel. The only positive was the employee who helped us when telling her about our experience and demanded a refund. Lucy was very helpful and understanding. She even spoke with Expedia to help with the cancellation. Thank you. Please take this property off any recommended lists including travel for soccer in Davis. Stay away!!!

The check-in process was handled through a kiosk. No one attended the front desk until evening. The grab & go breakfast was very limited. Property & rooms were clean.

Quiet neighborhood and clean hotel.

I would like clarification on what the $50 VI 5470 charge is for. Finally, we did not receive any housekeeping on Friday 7/17. The location to the Davis Cup soccer tournament was great but the T.V., shower rod, and lack of housekeeping definitely made our stay disappointing. I hope something can be done to make me consider returning.

Stay was okay

We were put in an adjoining room with someone who was yelling all night. The door was paper thin. The coffee was gross. Not a very comfortable stay at all aside from the mattress, it was comfortable. Check out was odd. I was greeted by a maid who didn't speak English. She pointed to a box that had an Indian man who spoke English but his accent was so thick I could barely understand him. I asked for a receipt of check out and he stated he could not provide one. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

Nice
-
Nice hotel not far from UC Davis … however breakfast was not much. There wasn’t even coffee made.
-
No one came to next day to room service or clean. When we asked, the person in the desk said they don’t have enough staff. We had to ask for towels for the next day. Pool looked dirty.
-
Easy access to room. I wish they would serve better breakfast.
-
Very kind Staff and accommodating
-
Clean and quiet, and pet friendly! Breakfast could have better options but everything else was perfect!
-
The staff person who checked me in was not helpful at all. I was not told about pool hours, about breakfast times or where breakfast was, I was not told where my room was or where to park. Very unhelpful and I felt very unwelcome
