Friendly staff.

When we reported the issue, we initially asked if someone could either remove them or provide us with bug spray so we could take care of it ourselves. At first, the staff refused to help. They eventually addressed the problem, but by then we no longer felt comfortable staying there. Because of the poor cleanliness and unsanitary conditions, we decided to cancel our reservation after the first night, even though we had originally booked six nights. Despite our complaints and the unacceptable condition of the room, the hotel still charged us for the first night. This was a very disappointing experience. The lack of cleanliness, the presence of cockroaches, and the way our concerns were handled made us feel that the hotel did not prioritize the comfort or well-being of its guests.

Decent selection for breakfast. Nice room but bed could have been more comfortable.

This was once of the cheapest options for a hotel which is why I chose it. Having said that, the bed had a massive crater in the middle and was one of the worst hotel beds I've ever been on, the dresser was broken, the shower drain was clogged. It was, however, nice that they had a free basic breakfast and overall it was decently clean. It's a cheap option but just be prepared to get what you pay for,

2. Needed to leave first room due to its bed having strangely hard-- as in wood hard-- places. 3. Bed of second room I moved to had thin, hole-y sheets. 4. The furnishings were dingy, giving you an idea of what average housing authority residents live with. Black-out curtains were hole-pocked in an accidentally abstract design. 5. Hair dryer had no protective grating to avoid hair being vacuumed into heat element.

It’s a quite clean property. The staff was friendly and the amenities were good. The breakfast bar could use some variety. Overall, a good experience.

The room was cleaned and taken care of, the staff were very attentive and kind. I enjoyed my stay and would return on my next visit.

I gave three stars as it did include a small breakfast and was under $100 including tax. This is definitely a place that you get what you pay for.

My stay was very nice. The woman at check in was very kind and helpful. She followed me to my room to help me with the air conditioning. The room was clean and basic, no thrills. Overall a good experience
