The Vine Inn Davis

Everything was great. Perfect for a one-night stay for a soccer tournament.

Very easy parking and great location.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of downtown Davis and close to UC Davis. The hotel is clean, and most of the staff are friendly and helpful.

I wish it had a pool

The price was good and the room was clean, cute and all, but the noise from the A/C unit was a bit too much for us.

Surprisingly quiet! Hotel was full but room was quiet.

Couldn't really be a better location, right in the center of town and walking distance to tons of restaurants and everything else in downtown Davis. Shower worked great and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good with bagels and cereal and muffins and stuff like that. Free filtered water in the lobby. Old school wall unit air conditioner was very loud. Television was not a smart TV.

Location was great and the room was clean. Staff was welcoming and informative. Everything was up to expectation or better.

I loved the location at the edge of the downtown - little shops, many restaurants, etc. The room was clean and the decor very nice. Everything you need. Large TV. The bed was very comfy. Even the towels were especially large and lush. Plus the price was right! Could use a grab bar in the shower and/or a shower chair or bench.

Comfy bed and decent bathroom, but the AC unit was excessively loud so couldn’t get a good night’s sleep, and compounded by the clamor of the early Saturday morning trash collection. Breakfast is very basic. But, a very walkable location.

Perfect location Nothing

We stayed one night on our way to Lassen Volcanic NP and were pleasantly surprised by the Vine Inn. Room was clean, comfortable, and offered good value. Downtown location was perfect—we were able to walk to dinner and it was convenient to stop at Trader Joe’s next morning before continuing our road trip. Staff was friendly and check-in was easy. Only minor drawbacks were that window blinds didn’t block the light, so room wasn’t too dark, and parking was a little tight for our full-size SUV. Neither issue would keep us from staying here again—as we opted to stay on our way back too :)
