This was a great hotel with helpful staff, clean rooms, and comfortable beds. The property is pretty and in a great location. We enjoyed taking out the bikes too

nice staff; great location; clean hotel minus the critter in our room The hotel was clean, but we did wake up to noise of a critter under our bed or in the walls. We couldn't figure out where it was coming from and I was afraid it was a mouse. It woke up all our family, and then a little longer we saw a big potato bug crawling around. Not sure if thats what was causing the noise. It seemed to loud of a noise to be just a potato bug, and we thought it sounded more like a mouse. We let the front desk know about it as it our check out date anyway.

Check in Clerk was helpful. Rooms were nice.open facility. Nice property. Close to shops Parking situation was horrible. Took 30 mins to park and then had to crawl out back passenger side. Have a mid size truck. Bed was super uncomfortable.checked out a day earlier and was told I wasn’t gonna get any credit- yes I know maybe should have been more concerned about my reason for leaving. Have never been asked for my ID to check out.weitd

This place is fantastic! We had a King Cottage and it was perfect! Large living area, large bedroom, jetted tub. Location was great! A couple of blocks from downtown and campus.could not have asked for a better experience!

Very friendly staff, great cookies were offered at check in. Clean rooms and hotel, nice location. Parking can be tight if you have a large vehicle.

Nice decor, beyond the usual boring hotel design. Excellent location, short walking distance to downtown, Farmers' Market, all the stores, cafes, restaurants. Entrance to Arboretum walkway literally across the street from the hotel. Free parking. There is no breakfast offered but 24 hour coffee and tea and coffee in the lobby and Keurig coffeemaker in the room. Gym is tiny and no pool and there is basically no real lobby to hang out. Staff is friendly but a bit non chalant (UC Davis students?), room service knocked on our door at 6 am one morning although we had not asked for room service. Leaf blower in action super loudly at 8 am.

The staff and location was great. Parking is limited and should be noted somewhere there are no elevators. But yea qould atay again juat request bottom level.
