Superb

Really nice staff. Near the train station, so you could hear every train passing by. The room was not clean, I had to ask for new towels. I also found stuff left from previous tourists in the room

The sliding glass doors have no locks on them. The bathroom had a moldy smell and the room also had a funky smell. Had to ask the staff for a broom to lodge in the siding glass door so I would feel a little bit safe.

Location

Nice location. Staff at the front dest are knowledgeable and helpful. The light in the bathroom automatically turn off while im in the shower. Room service is slow and unpredictable. I was told every other day but they forogt to clean my room. Had to ask them and call and wait.

Great location for visiting UC Davis and being right in downtown Davis. Hotel was nice and staff was helpful. Wish we could have checked in earlier after a long day but couldn’t get into our room til right at 3pm. Also,no hot coffee or hot water when needed but, completely understand because it seems like they were short staffed but working hard. Otherwise, great stay and would recommend.

The Hotel is great. There's nothing bad you can say. I love that's in the center of downtown Davis and you can walk to everything.

The staff was amazing. We had some issues moving our daughter in for college and they were very helpful, sympathetic and were able to give us great referrals.

The rooms were nice and the hotel is conveniently located near downtown. The facilities were not very clean, hallway carpets were filthy, room carpets were clearly not vacuumed and one of our beds was not clean upon arrival. The elevator was closed during our visit and nothing had been done to make the fire escape stairways cleaner. They were full of debris and various spills/stains. We literally watched the desk clerk drop a stack of water cups on the ground in the lobby and then stack them for guest use. This would be a great downtown hotel if it was being better maintained. On the bright side there is adequate parking and the room balconies were nice. It looks like the lobby/bar renovation will be nice upon completion and the central courtyard was a fun feature.

Exceptional

Elevator was not working , needed to carry up all bags to a second floor room. The hallway stairs going up to the room smelled like urine, when we pulled into garage there was also a bottle that looked like it contained human waste, it stayed there from the time we pulled in to the day we left. . Lobby bar non existent, under construction. We were given an ADA room bc no other kings were available. The bathtub was chipped and stained,The carpets in the hallway were absolutely soiled everywhere, not just one spot, and need to be replaced. Whoever owns this franchise should be embarrassed, not in keeping with ANY Hilton brand, even if considered economy. However we paid over 250 for the night which is not cheap. It’s unfortunate because Davis is such a cute town with great options for restaurants and entertainment. This hotel is proximate to all of it but I do not recommend staying here unless you are desperate. We stayed for one night and were relieved to depart.

I love this place. It was extraordinarily clean. The room was bright and pet friendly. I travel with my cats and they also loved it. The staff were extraordinarily helpful. I asked for some towels. He came in two minutes. Unfortunately I didn’t get to try the breakfast because I overslept. One really sad thing is that the elevator is out of service. Hopefully next time when I go back that can be fixed.

It's very convenient located clean room and nice gym

Booked a 5 night stay and after 4 days of housekeeping not cleaning my room, I ended up checking out a night early.

I did not eat at this facility. Staff should be friendly and helpful and not robotic liked. In particular a staff by the name of -Justice was a repeated robotic staff . He was not helpful and I had to read his lips because he spoke too fast. I had to ask him to slow down. The front stuff needs to be retrained . They have been mismanaged and does not care about guests. The facility was dirty. The room was not ready to receive guests. The hotel has gone down in service. I was there in January 2027 and 8 months later the elevator is still not working.
