Staff were excellent! Especially Bianca who checked us in and out and Oswaldo the manager of the breakfast area was very friendly and entertaining! Made our mornings!

The room is spacious The breakfast can be a little bit early, no microwave. The housekeeper knocked the door one hour before I checked out.

I stayed at the Hyatt while helping my daughter move into the university. The location was perfect. Prior to checking out I needed to print a document for a meeting and was having difficulty the front desk. Staff and manager were extremely helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed.

Great location , clean room , fresh breakfast

The lobby was extremely hot. Air conditioner was not on. My room was next to the train tracks so I heard it all night. Seems like windows are paper thin

Breakfast included and attentive staff. Beds were so comfortable and rooms are spacious. Location is great for parents who want to be close to their students living on campus. Parking is extra $17 per day. Walkable distance to campus and downtown Davis. Clean and safe location. My second stay and will be coming back again.

Rooms were well appointed and spacious. Breakfast was well stocked and there something for everyone in my family. Special shout out to front desk reception for being super helpful and friendly. Parking was easy although expensive at $17/day (not their fault, it’s required by UC Davis).

Front desk and breakfast area was clearly understaffed on a Sunday- there was one person trying to refill food, cups, coffee, etc. while still trying to work the front desk and help guests check out of their rooms. The staff member was pleasant, but they were clearly understaffed for such a busy time at the hotel.

Rooms outdated , shower was small tub and water wouldn’t drain properly

Friendly staff. Approximate location to UC Davis. Clean. Breakfast was too simple, need more options for breakfast. Coffee was out.

The rooms were clean, they did not have shower caps when I asked the front desk for it. Breakfast was so so. We stayed 2 nights and room service was not done when we came back late night. I don’t know if I had to request

The noise coming from the train rail which is just in front of the hotel.
