Clean room good shower only had 2 towels in the room and 1/2 bottle of shampoo.

The room wasn’t cleaned properly. There were opened snacks left from previous guests and hair left in various places in the room. Cleanliness and staff wasn’t very friendly

The hotel is just “ dated” all was fine but just needs to be a fresh hotel. Many new hotels around in that area. Probably needs to compete with the others by having a “ face lift”

Overall the hotel could use some updates. Carpeting and Hallways and rooms and furniture could be updated.

The 2 staff members I interacted where cold. Only decent thing about the breakfast was the waffle and it was mediocre at best.

It was clean Front desk not manned for 24 hours. Check there was no one around had to wait until someone showed up. When we checked there was no one at the front desk.

I was surprised by how nice and quiet it was. Definitely will not be staying at the Hilton again as long as you have rooms available.

Nothing , rude. Told me to “cancel my reservatio” Being told I can “cancel my reservation” because I asked them why after my card being declined for a fraud alert , then fixing the issue they added $100 to the cost. Also, the clerk was asleep somewhere close bc they weren’t at the desk but after 20 minutes I said “hello” they came from some behind the desk and were visibly upset that I interrupted them
