Holiday Inn Express & Suites Dayton-Huber Heights by IHG

Comfortable Beds… Very Clean.. Enjoyed our stay

The room was clean, linens were very fresh smelling. Show had VERY LOW WATER PRESSURE. Took me twice to rinse the shampoo from my hair. TOWELS were very rough, like sand paper. Staff at the front desk was more concerned in playing on her phone than helping us check in. We arrived a little after 3pm, (check in is 3pm??), we were told that our room was unavailable, (handicapped, roll in edge into shower). We were given another room, without any wait. That was nice. Although, my Wife had to help me in and out of the tub. Parking was fine, no problems.

Clean rooms great breakfast.staff always friendly and helpful

The room smelled like mildew

Courteous staff, great coffee machine, safe location. Wish the cost of the room was less.

The room was nice except there was a fan drying the floor where the AC leaked making the floor wet. The indoor pool was cold. The breakfast had vegetarian egg omelets and no regular eggs but overall the stay was good. The staff was great.

The front staff was awesome! Definitely would choose this hotel again without hesitation

Other than the location of the property there was nothing we thought was remarkable about the property. The lack of hot water was an issue as well a struggling air conditioner.

Beds were comfortable and room were large. Many extras.

Clean room

Definitely in need of upgrades. The room smelled like dog pee, the bed had dog foot prints, the tub was dirty and it backed up when used. It was nasty. They switched my room and it was way better but still over priced.

First room stunk like cigarettes even though it’s supposed to be smoke free. Asked for a new room and that smelt musty. Walls are paper thin and can hear everything in the next room. There were ants crawling all over the counter in the lobby where the coffee is.

Our stay overall was satisfactory. Our only complaint was the temperature of the pool. It was colder than other pools at hotels that we have stayed in. We were not able to spend time in it and was looking forward to relaxing in it since there was no hot tub.

The room was advertised as a suite but it was just a single room. We passed up a cheaper room at another hotel to have the additional room we thought we were paying for with our kids. Disgusting to see this type of false advertising from a Holiday Inn.

Staff was very helpful room was very clean. Will definetly stau here again.

Great location no frills place

Not really

Close to everything. Easy to get to. Quiet. Good breakfast!

We travel with a family member in a wheelchair and the handicapped room was excellent. Large room with large bathroom and walkin shower. Breakfast was excellent. Hotel was very quiet.

Great place, pet friendly, safe area, easy access to food, gas, and grocery stores, right next to highway.
