The hotel was very clean and the front desk was super helpful. It was a little noisy with it being next to the highway but that’s to be expected. Would definitely stay again!

Terrible check-in process and very unhelpful staff. Including management that wasn’t even onsite. Took almost 2 hours to complete process because of “system glitch” between their system and Expedia.

Clean and felt safe

This hotel was clean, spacious and well maintained. The price was excellent. The staff was outstanding and the included breakfast was very good. Next time I am in the area I will certainly stay again.

Exceptional

We stayed overnight to go to a festival. The front desk was kind and courteous. The room was clean and everything was working. It was quiet which was a bonus. The breakfast had a variety of options. Nothing- all our expectations were met

Both great Rooms need a microwave

Had a quick stay here on way to Minneapolis. Very convenient as it’s right off the highway. The room was clean and quiet. Front desk staff was super friendly.

While hotel was very clean and maintained well, we did have some complaints. The ice machine was broken on our floor so we had to go to another floor for ice. Also, I had to ask for help from the front desk to get our TV to work. These are pretty minor things, I know, however they happened at the very beginning of our stay which dampened my view of the hotel. I loved the location as it was very close to restaurants, shopping and activities. Staff was wonderful.

Really comfortable bed would def stay again

I did not eat breakfast there. The room was clean. Television did not function at first, but was quickly fixed. The staff was good. There was a problem between Booking.com's system and your own, as the hotel did not have a record of my reservation. Frankly, the whole thing seemed a little cheap after having stayed at a Hampton for the previous 5 days. I will likeley not seek out a Tru hotel as a first choice in the future.

Plug in room didnt work. Yogurt machine at breakfast out of order. This hotel didnt feel like a Holyon standard.
