Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Dayton South - I-675 by IHG

Room was clean and comfortable. Ladies working the front desk are absolutely amazing. Helpful in anyway they can.

The room was clean and comfortable The breakfast was very lacking, biscuits were brick hard, creamer for coffee was empty. Advertised hot tub was empty of water.

All the staff were very kind and helpful. The room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast had a good variety of options. Cable selection was also very broad, lots of channels, along with on demand options. While some of the pictures online show a hot tub, it is no longer functional, but the pool was well maintained and clean. Location is very convenient, close to the highway (but far away enough that you don't hear it), in a safe area, and in close proximity to many restaurants. Staff is obviously used to hosting Renaissance Festival attendees as they did not blanch at us checking out in our costumes, and we saw many others there preparing to go to the festival that day as well. We will be staying here again when we return next year!

This was an amazing choice of hotel and made the vacation a real joy. We had no problems and the staff were very personable and helpful. The whole hotel was very well kept and very clean. There was no problems with parking and the hotel was easy access to enter and exit to visit other attractions around the town. The morning buffet was great with many choices. Thank you very much.

The hot tub was broken and drained the pool was definitely not heated like they boasted. They should definitely advertise that , being that was the reason I chose the hotel. The bed was hard as a rock very uncomfortable and I pad for a king bed room and was put in a 2 queen bed room. Bad experience overall.

Very little food at the buffet . When we asked about this at the desk we were told that we needed to talk with the person taking care of the area. We never saw anyone. We always chose HIX. This was disappointing.

Hotel was okay. Pull and hot tub were a little outdated, and breakfast was okay. Hotel. Could use some updates but was clean

Room showing some wear and tear. Some dusty spots in room need attention. One coffee machine not working and no plain milk/creamer both afternoons we were there.

Front desk girl not professional, wore jeans, didn't acknowledge us. The fitted sheet had an oil on it. Asked for clean sheets and it took several several hours to get them after four times of checking with front desk. Front desk girl at entrance vaping
