Staff is friendly and the area is nice but the room and linens were terrible! Bed was uncomfortable and the pillowcases looked like they were dragged through the parking lot....one even had a footprint on it. The couch cushions were torn and ripped. There was candy all over the floor too when we arrived. The room smelled mildewy which aggravated my allergies. Not my first stay here, but it's been a few years. Definitely disappointed. I would suggest if you offer a desk and computer chair that at least one light in the room would have adequate wattage to fully illuminate the room. It was barely adequate with all the lights on.

Everything was cold eggs sausage and Tater tots. Even the cinnamon rolls were cold. Thank God the milk was to was to. Everything else was fine. Donald Snider

Comfortable night of sleep, room seemed very clean and well kept. When I came down for breakfast, 30 minutes after it opened, every trash bin was full, so clearly was not emptied the day before. Not much selection on food, scrambled eggs were actually cold, like they had been put in the fridge over night and set back out, without warming.

We stayed Father’s Day weekend. There was no food at the “complementary breakfast” ended up taking my husband to pancake house. Specifically booked this hotel for hot tub use to find out it was out of commission. Staff member managing desk was hanging out with her friend and on her phone. Not very attentive.

The Staff was very helpful. My room was awesome, clean, awesome bathroom. I only stayed one night. I had to leave next day. Breakfast was great, wonderful selections and included in price. Plus you could sleep in until noon was checkout.

Room was beautiful and clean! Pool was murky anf hot tub was not heating. My reservation was online and based on amenities. The out oc commission sign is located at front desk upon check in. This is a little bit misleading and slight rip-off. Other than that, breakfast was fresh and delicious!. Mufins taste pre-packaged.

Clean rooms and facility! Everyone was friendly and helpful! We will definitely stay here again when we come through Dayton!

Stay 5 days. Breakfast wasnt that great. Had to ask every day to have room cleaned and/or sheets changed. Bathroom not that clean. Tub was slimy on bottom when taking shower. Had to wear flip flops to take a shower. This was first time staying at a Holiday Inn and it will be my LAST. Would not recommend especially this location.

Location, next door to The Chop House Bed was extremely uncomfortable! Not only was our bed not good but my brother’s room had the same problem, uncomfortable bed!

Our room was clean and quiet, just perfect for a short overnight stop on a long road trip home. The breakfast was better than what we expected with some fresh options. The staff made us feel welcome.

We stay here mainly for breakfast and to use the hot tub. Breakfast was mid at best. Oatmeal burnt and stuck to the side of the container, orange juice and apple juice came out as clear as water, and pancake machine was broken. So we had good bacon and an English muffin. Then went to get in the hot tub and there was a sign on the door saying it was out of order. Room was ok. Bed was a bit hard for our liking

Everything was good. The only thing is that we booked this hotel because of the pool and the hot jacuzzi and for our luck the jacuzzi was not in service.

Great location! Very friendly staff and the continental breakfast was good. The room was clean and comfortable. I just wish I could gotten an itemized receipt. They said since I booked it through Hotels.com, they could not give me one overall, it was a great stay.
