The Hotel@Dayton South

I liked the location on where it’s at. It’s not too far away from stores and restaurants. The bathrooms in the hotel was ok. The size of the rooms wasn’t ideal, the bathroom door wouldn’t properly close. To turn on the shower you needed to pull it very hard. I was nervous I was gonna break it. The pool being outside was a bummer but it’s ok. The entire hotel smelt like bleach and weed.

Room was clean. Outside the room was scary. People walking the halls all night fighting. Strange smells. Old woman in her nightgown crying and yelling in the lobby. People in the next room blaring tv all night. Creepy guy that looked drunk sitting by the vending machine. Homeless lying in the grass by the parking lot. I did not feel safe on the property.

Room was fine but breakfast was overrun with people, and the attendant couldn't keep up with demand. The Hotel was booked solid, so he should have had some help keeping up.

The location. People running and screaming in the hallway constantly even at night when I was trying to sleep the whole time I was there for 2 days.

Nothing at all It nasty not clean at all dirty towels and it supposed to be free WiFi and it wasn’t working went to the front desk and told them and didn’t do anything about it my husband got bitten up wile laying on the bed and my kids was not comfortable

The hotel is outdated but clean and well maintained. Great for a nights stay along our way further south. My mom said the breakfast was really good too - bacon, home fries, egg and the usual stuff.

Not go back!!

The large room, comfortable bed, Cleanliness. The desk chair was worn, armrest loose, fabric worn., Mechanism to raise did not work.

Front desk staff were helpful and the manager was customer-oriented. Breakfast was ok, not many choices but enough.

Room was clean, although it smelt like a very strong cologne, facility it's self was clean all besides the construction around what used to be the pool area. Do not recommend breakfast unless you like dry eggs, greasey hashbrown patties, burnt hotdogs, or waffles. Pretty center to town and close to many fast food locations ! Great for a one night stay

The property was easy to find on the south side of Dayton off the Freeway. The room was clean and quiet (it was previously a BW Plus) even though it was totally booked (U of Dayton parents weekend and Renaissance Fair) for the weekend. Breakfast was chaotic, but I'll give a pass because of the crowd. Parking is deceiving with most of the spots in the back, but ok. The staff was very polite and helpful. It was a great value for the price I paid. I would stay again.

Room was clean, pool was acceptable but not great, K-cup coffee maker in room, but no K-cups and no cups of any kind for rooms coffee or water.

THE REVIEWS ARE LEGIT! I recently relocated to the area and for the past month have been looking for a long-term lease option. While doing that I have been renting through vrbo's etc and have always been hesitant and unsure about wallet friendly hotels but I couldn't have been more wrong about this place! Crystal and Nikki were absolutely wonderful. They were professional, friendly, warm and accommodating. Every staff member I came into contact from the front desk staff to housekeeping were on their game! The hotel is very clean and very comfortable and the breakfast does not disappoint at all literally so so yummy. If I need another place to stay in this area they will definitely be my first choice! There wasn't one thing I didn't like

Did not have maid service. We stayed for 2 nights and did not have maid service after the first night. It was fine, but we thought we would get fresh linens. Not really a big deal. Just kinda interesting.
